Location, comfortable beds / rooms / nice pool Concierge service for reconfirming flights could be better. Comfortable, consistently pleasant staff all around in the hotel. The spa is definitely worth visiting. The pool helps soothe away the tired muscles from the day's tour / temple visits. Breakfast was consistent, filling, satisfying. Location is terrific, close enough to the center of action, but quiet enough to rest.

Good quality hotel,little too modern.Easy to get anywhere from here.Excellent food, very friendly staff.
Nightlife Tip : Take a trip to the night market, relaxed,good items and no pressure to buy, Try The Island Bar good food and drink with great 60s-70s music. Foot massage 60 mins $2 !!!

fabulous location, staff were friendly and helpful and spoke very good english. great facilities. I couldnt find a directory of the hotel or things I was able to access as a guest. Pool area needs more lounge chairs. I would never stay in a 4-5 star hotel on my own as always too costly as a single. But I decided to treat myself this time and Agoda made it affordable for me to do this. Hotel was in a great location, just outside the busy area by a few minutes walk, hotel was beautiful and lovely decorated traditional Khmer rooms. Enormous amount of friendly helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was nice too. the pool area was amazing and absolutely essential with the weather. Great service re free transfers to and from the airport, makes things much easier. Driver Sot was great and was a tour guide on that short 8 km drive suggesting things to do and explaining the landmarks. Was a fabulous hotel and I would easily stay there again and recommend to my friends and more importantly to my travel agent to tell all her clients. Fabulous Fabulous
Nightlife Tip : Have a fabulous local Khmer meal somewhere in Pub Lane which is just off Pub Street. Very cheap and authentic meals. also the massage place in the Night Market (located near the main bar) which is open from 3pm till late, is the best and cheapest massage place in town. Great massages and super cheap. Have all other beauty services as well, ie manicures, pedicures etc.
