Lovely room, well equipped and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was good - nice shower.
Breakfast catered for all tastes - European and Asian, quite a mix of foods.
Concierge very helpful, providing maps.
Close to the station if you require a train.
Shuttle to KLCC. Made to wait for our room well after check out time, and arrived from the train station so were not greeted in a friendly manner from the front desk. The Niko Hotel provided a ery comfortable stay for one night on transit of our flight back to Australia. Ideally located across the road from a train station, we arrived and were not greeted in a friendly manner. Seemed suprised we were staying there as we were young and arrived from the station, however later in our stay we were treated very well by the concierge staff and doormen, who were friendly and entertaining. Made to wait for our room well after check out time which was inconvenient however we received a complimentary drink whilst we waited. And the room was worth the wait - beautifully decorated, well equipped and vrey comfprtable beds and lovely bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a broad mix of food for all tastes - European and Asian food so everybody is happy. Service can be slow however for tea and coffee, but understandable at such a busy time. Overall our stay was brief but enjoyable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The KLCC Suria building 1 trains stop or a quick ride, the hotel provides a shuttle, has a range of good shops, at the higher end of the price range. Good cafes and resturants also. Located beneath the Twin Towers so good photo op.
The Traders Hotel nearby has the SkyBar with amazing views of the Twin TOwers. Worth an evening there for the view and good cocktails. Fairly expensive but recommended with great service.

Great breakfast buffet.
Room are big enough.
Have shuttle bus service to Twin Tower even walking is possbile, about 8 mins.
Don't know. Too short time... Even we only stay at Nikko for 1 night. Our room are well prepared with all the basic amenities we need such as tooth brush & Slipper, etc.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet are very good.
Welcome drink are delicious.
Nightlife Tip : If you come back by taxi from City Center such asn the hawker places ( Jalan Alor) to Nikko Hotel.
It costs up to only RM5 by meter or if traffic jam, maybe less than RM10. Don't cheat by taxi driver who ask for RM20, it is ridicious. Since we have local friends told us the cost of taxi back to Nikko hotel, we knew. And we came across a traffic jam road with taxies, they asked for me RM20. I said NO and went to another street and caught a taxi by meter, cost me RM 4.70!

Location, Breakfast included, Helpful Staff, Quality Room None come to mind. Maybe the price of the internet I was upgraded to an Executive Suite with an enormous bed & excellent ensuite including a bath where I could watch my plasma tv. The staff were very friendly & helpful with giving me help regarding places to eat, places to go & best directions to get to places. Breakfast was very good & the location is excellent. Less than 5 minutes walk to Petronas Towers & KLCC Shopping Mall & 50 metres from the nearest LCT station that only cost 2RM to get to KL Sentral in 15 minutes. Would defintely stay here again & recommend the hotel highly!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tickets to Petronas Towers are given out at 8.30am but you want to be in the queue earlier than that to avoid a long wait & potentially missing out all together. A trip to the Genting Highlands provides a nice escape from the humidity of the city. The theme park is only 'ok' but the cable car trip provides some excellent views on the way up.
