Rooms large and kitchen etc give homely feel
Maybe price if don't get discount
An excellent facility. Pool smallish but all day sun. Room and mod-cons very up to date. Breakfast fine. Hardly anyone staying when I was there so made for even better impression. Building next door under construction but seems to be little activity so quiet area. Soi caters for Japanese in particular. Close to rail for quick get around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take motor bike as transport - weaves through traffic very quickly and fares always honest.

Clean modern looks like one year old staff speak english well and very polite.
pool looks very nice but i did not swim
security is excellent
showerhead is awesome
construction in area, breakfast is not fantastic but still good.
to me i did not spend too much time in the room but the peiple were very friendly room was very new and clean the street outside is busy and narrow walk ways so becareful but close to massage places 711's and a huge shopping centre which has everything. nice area if you want to stay in sukhumvit but i still prefer siam cleaner and more variety.
Shopping Tip : it is a nice shopping centre and worth a visit but if your in bangkok for the main reason of shopping i recommened siam where you have more than just the one shopping centre.

Close to the BTS station and shopping centre. The LCD TV is good for entertainment.
Hotel entrance signage too small. The room air-condition which is not good enough. It should not installed opposite to the sleeping bed which caused the air-con directly blowed onto the bed.
The Hotel signage too small which unable attract me to find the location at first. However, it is very convenience for me to go to the BTS station and the Emporium department store centre. Many massage is nearby the sukhumvit soi 24 and the seafood market is very closer on the main road.
Shopping Tip : Located very close to the Emporium Department Store and BTS station.
