Beautiful location, swimming pool, lobby, rooms, all first-rate.
Indifferent service, lousy food, 150 baht per hour for wi-fi, you've got to be kidding!
150 baht per hour for wi-fi, you've got to be kidding! They didn't say anything about the charge when I asked them before checking in if they had wife in the rooms. They should at least make it a fixed charge. I was here 5 years ago and they had wired access for a fixed price.
Restaurant Tip : Eat anywhere else--but you'll need a car to get anything decent to eat.

horrendous service culture
Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and was not served coffee although we asked for it 3 times. The last time we asked the restaurant manager she merely smiled and said yes and then walked away although the coffee pot was only 1 metre away from her! I helped myself to coffee from the coffee pot as she just looked on!
Restaurant Tip : Strongly advise patronising the restaurant given the atrocious service experience i encountered.
