Their Thai food it's very good and the prices reasonable. But, their western food it's not great.

Gorgeous spa. Very clean. Attentive staff. Loud english ballads sung not very well by live singer, or resorded english pop music. Played EVERYNIGHT IN BOTH RESTAURANTS. Real shame as it in the evenings it gave the resort a real commercial resort feel. Not spa-like at all. The relaxing instrumental thai music played at breakfast was far preferable.
The water was nice and calm... but wouldn't really call it a beach. The description of "40 acres of private beach" is misleading. The hotel is a lovely quiet location, food was good and the spa was fantastic (if pricey). Shame it felt tacky in the evenings, with its bad english pop and ballads.

There are 3 Piers : Ferry Koh Chang (Ao Thammachat),Center Point Pier and Krom Luang Chumporn Pier (Koh Chang Ferry). It takes about 30 minutes to Koh-Chang (Chang Island).
