It's quite new hotel. The room is nice and swimming pool is good for kids. Good breakfast.
The only thing we feel unsatisify is that staff wants to charge breakfast for my son who is just 5 years old. Although we know it's their regulation, but we've been stayed many hotels which never charge breakfast for 5 years old kid.Normally Kids just eat a litttle bite.I think this is just a favor for their customer.
Be honest, it's quite nice hotel. But because they wants to charge breakfast for my 5 years old son, I think I won't stay this hotel again if next time I come to pattaya.A little favor for costomer will bring costomer back to use their hotel again. Cause other hotel never charge my son for breakfast. I feel very disappointed about this.So I will not consider to stay here again.

After staying here for several times, the most impression is still that although the room is just superior type, it's equipped with 1 large bed and 1 single bed, giving you an option of bed you'd like to sleep.
Fitness center is also impressive with full of equipments and with trainers who are willing to help you. Guests who like aerobic exercise can also attend the classes provided.
Although located not so near the shopping area, it provides you the privacy and quietness, suitable for relaxation.
One thing to keep in mind if you drive is that the parking lots may not be enough during the high season or when there is a conference organized in the hotel.

found แมลงสาบ and many mosquitoes ควรมีเครื่องดักจับ ไล่ยุง etc
the cleanliness is O.K. but should improved for having anti-insect, mosquitoes sprayer etc.
service is fine but not good as the tower side
Quality of rooms and hotel is fine except for having insect and mosquitoes which is not suitable for bringing kids.
Environment is not a problem comparing with price is great.
