nice beach, and nice pools and good food Rooms are not up to date.... they should refurbish them soon The transfer from the airport worked fine. the rooms could be in a more modern style and they used alot of insect spray which caused bad smell everywhere but else everything is just beautiful there!

The hotel is only 50 metres back from the beautiful Kata Noi beach, the pool in the Thani wing is awesome and the service was fantastic. Breakfast was very good everyday and the staff were helpful and pleasant in the whole resort. Good position about a 1 minute scooter or tuk-tuk away from Kata - so reasonably quite and away from the hussle and bussle but close enough to Kata, Karong and Patong to enjoy. Phuket city was about 40 mins away on the scooter. Not many!!
Perhaps a bit more variety for breakfast - same everyday but lots to choose from. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, fulfilling all our requests. The resort was big, clean and very confortable. Dining prices in the resort were MUCH more expensive than outside. Drinks were also expensive during dinner but throughout the day were reasonable. Head across the road to the mini-mart or the huts on the beach for cheaper beers and water.
Shopping Tip : 1. Go to the 'Sunday Market' near Phuket city on the weekends - open from early afternoon til midnight. It is mainly for locals but you see a few tourists there too. Most stalls are the same but some have good quality things and are very cheap.
2. Robinsons in the shopping centre in Patong is very good for quality women's clothes and shoes.
3. Eat outside in the cities - much cheaper and most are good.
4. Hire a scooter - 300 Baht a day (AU$10) and best way to get around if confident to tackle the crazy roads with one!!

Swimming pool is next to katta beach. Mind blowing location for relax. Excellent hospitality. Food and drinks is really good. Its so far from the main city and not reachable if we won't find the taxi in night. The hotel is really good. And the staff is really amazing. The original price of room is very high so please book your room before at least 1 week., and if you don't have any problem in terms of money then i will sugesst you to book a suites. They have a beach view in all suites. Else., every room have a pool view. All kind of cusine is available So no matter you are from which country !
