Quiet, privacy, excellent service My girlfriend and I could never forget this place for a couple of reasons. Mainly because I chose this place to pop the question, and the other would be for the lovely secluded villas with exceptional service. Once we arrived, we were given a nice cold drink and a lovely bouquet of flowers to my girlfriend. Then we were escorted to our villa (#7) which had uninterrupted sea views which I requested at the time of booking, plus we were not overlooked by any other villas giving us total privacy.
Although I knew what to expect from this place, it’s too difficult not to be surprised. The villas are very spacious and clean plus the infinity pool is very inviting, and swimsuits are definitely optional. You could hardly hear any noise from outside or neighbouring villas and for total privacy and relaxation, this place is right at the top.
The attitude and service of the staff was exceptional. Everything was prompt. Nothing was too difficult for them and they would do their best to attend to your requests. At the time of booking, I already informed them that I will be proposing to my girlfriend during our stay, and I pre ordered a bouquet of her favourite flowers and arranged a candlelight dinner by the pool in our villa. Very romantic !!! All of this was done prior to our arrival, which was great. Above all, they had also waived the charges for the flowers which I thought was a very nice touch.
During our stay, we were also invited to a management cocktail which I thought was very nice, plus a 20 minute complimentary foot massage and a wide range of DVD's are available for you to choose from. A buggy ride is a phone call away and this would take you anywhere within the premises.
Breakfast was nice, but not too much of a variety. To be honest, we weren’t really bothered. Room service was great and same goes to 360, where the atmosphere was absolutely superb.

Everything is good and the quality of services exceeds my expectation. The only thing I can comment is the location. The overall comment of this hotel is excellent and is value for money. This is a good place for couple and family who are looking for peace and freedom stay, of course with high privacy. The condition of the villa is good (the size of the swimming pool is much bigger than my expectation) and the services here is excellent, not much and not less while all your requests will be fully satisfied.

We liked the privacy,high caring attitude of servants, beautiful view, very friendly manager. the sticking point was that heaters was not provided in the pool and was shockingly cold during our stay. Travel tip : The area is isolated from all attraction in Phuket, make sure you have stash of drinks,snacks...
