Views of the town and beach, great friendly staff, large rooms, beautiful pools, 4 computers with free internet in the lobby, delicious breakfast, close to beach.
Construction was going on during stay, but only a temporary thing.
Great stay! Loved this place. There is a steep hill to get to hotel and to your room since hotel built on the side of a hill. But only a problem for those with disabilities or the elderly. Hotel has 3 golf carts to bring people up and down the hill for those who'd rather not walk.

The stairs are challenging especiallay when it rains. I also would strongly recommend the hotel to have a proper room service since sometime when it rains or people are lazy to walk down from the top of the hill they can order room service. Even the hotel offers a room service but there were 5 dishes on the menue.
This is our second time staying at the hotel and this time our room is on the top of the hill but the room is not that clean but the pool is bigger. Looking forward to come back here when the pool bar is finished because it looks very good! The staffs are very helpful and over all i will definately come back here again whenever we get a chance.
Restaurant Tip : The best European restaurent around the area is the one called The Horn Grill. It's quite pricey but the food is really good. But if you are looking for something more economical go for Thai food at this restaurent right next to the hotel called The Orchid. Good Thai food and it's cheap! For coffee and ice cream i recommended you to go to this place where it's on your right handside when you walk down from the hotel. I don't remember the name but it's something like Cafe Mafia. The rest of the restaurents in that area are very pricey and the food is bad.

yes, it is on a hill side so walking is required but you're trapesing around Thailand, for Christs sake - this is easy!
If you're looking for an old Thai inn this is not it. But if your ready for a clean, modern, spacious room with nice ammentities and pools to boot you've found the place. This is a lovely respite from the hagglers of Phuket. Nice patios, lovely, large rooms and the pools are great. Highly recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Head down to Kata beach and head south to the end where the lights are - the reggae bar and attached resturant are great! For beaching and surfing Kata Noi (the southern most Kata beach) can't be beat.
