The location which have the best of both world.
The price that is reasonable.
The interior of room.
The bath room cleaniness.
Somehow the pool seems to be neglected.
Creative or more variety for breakfast.
More maintenance should be allocated for a more comfort stay.
The return of a stay in Koh Samui. It is the ideal location and the reasonable price that influence me to stay back at Nora Chaweng. Simply it is because everything is within the velocity of my stay (Nora Chaweng)in Koh Samui. The street is just right below. Food, massages, shops, the beach, night drinking places, etc. If I would like a simple day on the beach, it is as easy as a 5 minutes walk right across the street bypassing other resort. There you have the beach with much people. It seems more an appropriate place for human activities but if you are looking for a get-away from busy activities and such, than a different location can be ideal. But for the price, easy access to everything Nora Chaweng is a definite location.
Restaurant Tip : All fast food is available on this street and drinking location too.

Good and new hotel in centre of town.
Swiming pool are not good enougt.
This hotel is new and have a good location.
The sevice from all the staff is excellent.
Breakfast at this hotel is not bad, but have to improve.
The swimming pool is not function and the water is dirty.
In the morning, have not water supply for 30 min.
Shopping Tip : Is a very good location, 5 min walk to the beach and good for shopping and nightlife.
