Best stay ever in Bangkok”
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at 137 Pillars Suites Bangkok. Staffs are friendly and helpful; The suite is amazing, clean and wonderfully furnished. The location of the hotel is also perfect, with shuttle to the Emporium shopping mall. Thanks to the arrangement of the staffs and hotel teams, they have also helped to prepare all the birthday arrangement with lovely balloons and cake in the suite for my boyfriend's birthday. We are definitely coming back again and highly recommend to all who are going to Bangkok.

We booked the Sukothai Suite at 137 Pillars in Bangkok to have access to the rooftop pool which really is unbelievable! This hotel really left a good lasting impression due to the value for money, quality of service and the style of the hotel Staying in the suite you get 24/7 access to the rooftop pool Highlights included Great service from staff Welcome drinks Rooftop pool with free bar 5-7pm Breakfast, Wagu steak and eggs for breakfast!!! Stylish hotel, everywhere you look there is something worthy of taking a photo Complimentary afternoon tea (cakes, sandwiches, coffee, juice etc…) Shuttle bus service to the shopping malls Stunning suite with unbelievable city views which can be taken in whilst in the bath or on the balcony sofa bed. Massive thanks to Bjorn and his team great stay can’t wait to go back!

Very beautiful boutique hotel but too far from BTS”
The overall experience is good in terms of their room design, service and delicious food. The fusion dishes is a MUST try one if you visit there for the first time. The residence area is definitely value for money while the suite is very beautiful and luxury but a bit expensive. The additional club benefit from the suite (like sunset drink and exclusive breakfast area) is nice but won't be able to justify for the increase in cost. Nevertheless, the suite is much more stylsih and elegant, it is the value and quality of the room which cost you more. The major drawbacks in this hotel is the spa is not very good, not value for money. And the location is remote and too far away from BTS. The hotel offer shuttle bus every 30mins but can only accomodate 6 guests. You will have to rush for it when the shuttle come or you have to work for 10 to 15mins under a very hot and shinny day to BTS. NOT good for shopping folks.

This has been two years since I last visited to Bangkok. My friends and I decided to choose a better hotel to stay. This hotel is absolutely fantastic and out of my expectation. Firstly, the ambient in the hotel is very comfortable and makes you feel at home. The facilities are in good condition. Secondly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The most appealing part of this hotel is definitely the roof top infinity pool. You could enjoy perfect sunshine, 360 view and relax yourself there. I guess this hotel is, without any doubt, my. First choice when I plan my trip to Bangkok next time. Everything is just gorgeous :-)

Overpriced, terrible food, worse service - pretending to be a hotel and it isn't.”
The food was atrocious - the worst! Cold almost every time - even a la carte breakfast was served lukewarm at best Room service messed up every time. It took (6) calls and two days to get the butler to replace wine in the mini bar. Hotel car to airport was THB3,500 - which is THB1,000 more expensive than at least six other 5 star hotels I've stayed in Bangkok this year. The location at the mid point of Suk 39 is a disaster zone! Over 2 hours from Ekkamai to the hotel via Petchaburi Road - with over one hour on Soi 39! Another time - over 50 minutes on Soi 39 trying to get to the hotel. I spent SGD6,000 for (5) night in a suite and it was a waste of money. I should have stuck with my usual Starwood hotels ...
