Beautiful new rooms, Perfect Beach front location, Great restaurant”

15 Palms is the Best mid-priced Hotel you can find on Koh Chang. The location is exceptional right in the middle of the most beautiful White Sand Beach. The rooms are all brand new and the beds, linen, furniture, bathrooms are genuinely 5 star and spotlessly clean. The staff are all really nice and speak great English. The Restaurant serves great food at good prices, in their Beach-side restaurant. Breakfast options are great and in the evenings they have tables and beanbags on the beach to enjoy the sunset. There are great upmarket and budget cafes and restaurants up and down the beach and the main road, with beautiful mountainside backdrop.

A good place to relax”

The resort is located on the white sand beach which is a very good place to spend your vacation. However, I think Klong Prao beach is better than the white sand beach because it's much larger and the waves are smoother. BTW, the food in this resort may be the best in white sand beach although it's not that cheap comparing to other vendors on the street. But imagine you sitting on the sofa and watching the sunset with a good pad thai. I think it does worth.

Exceptional”

This is a late review for my stay in December 2017. I really liked this place. Clean, friendly english-speaking staff, reasonably priced, good location (but quiet). I would definitely recommend this place, and stay again if/when I can visit Koh Chang again!

Outstanding Resort on the Beach - Great Vibe”

The mezzanine room layout was great for our eight-year-old boy, and he loved been upstairs in his own space with a tv to connect to his Nintendo. The modern luxury room overlooked the pool and had a balcony with table & chairs to listen to the ocean in the early morning. The restaurant proved popular during the quiet period for the island due to COVID; only domestic tourists were around so not as busy as usual for the summer holidays. The food was excellent, and the ambience is laidback overlooks beach & blue skies. It’s for us, the best place to visit on the island as it had everything, beautiful clean beach for the boy to play, high food menu, relaxing atmosphere, just what a holiday should be. Can’t wait for the next visit.

4th visit to ko Chang but 1st time we have stayed here.hopefully not the last.Absolutely fell in love with the place!the room was amazing,clean-modern with a beautiful sea view.The bar and restaurant truly 1st class,food was delicious and cocktails too.the decking and beach area perfect for relaxing and metres from the sea.very ambient at night.no need to leave complex for anything!staff were great,very pleasant and helpfull.misn the place already.100% recommend

Good value ”

We got a good price because it was off season. Unfortunately, the weather was not great so we were happy to have a nice room. Good bed, good WiFi, nice bathroom and layout. It's a new place. The only con is that we had to keep the curtains closed all the time for privacy. They could have windows but they just have clear doors. Get an upper level to avoid that. Oh and the door locking mechanism is no good. Just a bad design. IMO. The water was not hot, so we told them and it was fixed quickly. The pool and beach were lovely. Stick to Thai at the restaurant.

Right on the beach”

We spent a couple of nights here 10th to 12th September and had a "sea room with balcony" which has 2 floor levels in side. The room was very modern and when you opened the curtains in the morning you looked directly out over the beach to the sea. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and a credit to the hotel. The food was very good and not expensive with a reasonable choice of foods.

Small, boutique but lovely room, great bed and right on the beach”

Very impressed. Really liked the hotel. Very small but quaint. The staff are great. The beach is lovely. Food was excellent. Large room, great bed and nice views. All in all, very impressed

Excellent small resort”

I stayed in one of the 4 better upstairs rooms (only 8 rooms altogether). Very comfortable and plenty of space. Food in the restaurant was extremely good, and portions were large (too big for me). Location, right on the beach suited me very well. Staff and owner very helpful. A very relaxing stay.

Exceptional”

Pool is small, with only 4 sunbeds, but it worked for quick swim. It's located at the beach, but during our stay it had so big waves, so we weren't allowed to swim there. But it looked nice and cozy. Food is really good, little bit overpriced compare to other places on the same street.

Nice boutique hotel in good location”

Rooms were modern and clean. The bar / restaurant area was relaxed and on the beach. It was great to be in a small place where you didn't need to fight the crowds. The place was under staffed so service was average.

Very nice place!”

Very nice place near the beach. Modern room with sea view. Only complaints were that the double-height room made it very difficult to get a pleasant temperature both upstairs and downstairs. There were also no hot water available some times.

Staff hospitality ”

Our stay didn't satisfied due to sand in the room and staff didn't have service mind. We've lost our clothes in the hotel and no one willing to find it until we want to contact the owner.

Small place but Perfect”

Location couldn't be better, Rooms are immaculate and Modern, Food is good. Really impressive for such a small place. They've done well

Modern brand new house”

The reception lady couldn't find me booking, and kept me and my family waiting for over half hour in the hot day until she confirmed all the bookings from other customers who came behind me. Lucky the owner , Tony (if I remember correctly) came out in time , just right before I open the fire, he solved the issue professionally and efficiently. Good polite! Thank you , I'll recommend my friends to visit ur house.

Amazing Place, right on the beach”

We loved this place, the value was amazing. Everyone was talking about the good food and they were rights. We tries western and Thai dishes and they were all amazing. Will definitely come back.

Smells like mold and sewer!!”

Very comfortable bed and pillows, everything is new and looks good! But the smell of mold is horrible and sticks to your clothes! Also from time to time a really bad sewer smell comes from the toilet!!! Wouldn't stay again. Very nice food and staff in the restaurant, good prices!
