For the sake of the neighbours, please avoid playing loud music into the wee hours of the morning or throws a party that lasts most of the night.

Guests have the responsibility to upkeep the hygiene of the unit throughout the staying period.
Kindly consume your meal at appropriate areas, please do not have your meal on the bed.
3. Appropriate use of electrical appliances

Please handle the appliances with care and be reminded to keep them in clean condition after use.
Also, energy consciousness is much appreciated, kindly switch off any appliances when unused.
4. Safety Considerations
Please do not throw or sweep any items or debris from any window or door.
For the guests with child(ren), avoid bringing them near balcony area
- Children may trip on steps or doorframes leading to the balcony and fall on the hard surface of the balcony floor.
- They may fall off the balcony if they are able to climb over the balcony balustrade.

Kindly park at the allocated car parking space to avoid being clamped.
Guests shall not permit a dog, cat or other animal, bird, reptile, or pet of any kind to be kept or allowed on, in, or about the unit.
