Check in wasn't smooth. I got to call Agoda helpdesk since d owner can't retrieve my booking n spend almost 30 mins on d fon til d owner cal n said it's normal for Agoda customers to face tis issues when they book Tis place. Such a lame answer n definitely wasted my time during check in

Dirty and disgusting”

The place is badly maintained, toilets were not clean. A lot of the items in the room were broken or spoiled. The door of the apartment was literally held with just a push lock and nothing else. The floors of the rooms were wrecked. Owner did not give any information for check in or check out or how to even get the keys. Emailed and messaged the owner but no respond. Had to go to the management to get the keys. Location if great but this specific apartment is a no no
