Excellent value for money”

We were in Malaysia for a church conference and we knew we would be staying out most of the time so we decided to book a cheaper hotel. Surprisingly, 33 Boutique exceeded our expectation. For a considerably low rate, the room was pretty decent. A bit small but cleanliness was definitely evident. Staff was nice, we arrived midnight and the front desk officer made sure our check in process was smooth so we could rest up immediately. The following morning, one of the managers sent us an extra pillow (free of charge) upon learning that there were three of us. We didn't even have to ask for it. Upon check out, they were even nice enough to chat with us and where we came from. Also another plus factor was how conveniently located it is from the mall. We were able to do some last minute shopping before leaving. Also we had a great time grabbing late night authentic malaysian food from a nearby restaurant called Shaaz. Amazing times. We would definitely book here again.

Good value for a hotel”

I traveled to Sunway monthly as I am doing my graduate degree at Sunway University. 33 boutique hotel provide all the basic amenities that I ever need of a hotel room and it is regularly cleaned as well. Additionally, the hotel is at a walking distance to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon as well as to the BRT line. The downside: you don't have any window to your room so if you have claustrophobia or the need to see the outside, this hotel might not be best for you.

Great Location near to the Famous Sunway Pyramid ”

The Boutique Hotel is situated very close to Sunway Pyramid mall and there are food available 24/7 in the neighbourhood. It is the best value for money for businessman or couple visiting only for few days. Besides having not much hotel facilities, one can find everything needed in the proximity; as said, the area is not only a food paradise but has many other shops and services around. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service ”

Hotel was about a 05 mins walk from sunway pyramid shopping mall. Very happy with the location. Also there is a very nice Bah Ku Teh shop just a few steps away from the hotel. Easily accessible to sunway lagoon too. Very pleasant 04 days stay there. Check in was also fuss free. Amenities are very basic but sufficient, there's soap and shampoo but no toothbrush. Room is new and clean. Wifi signal was very strong too. Also the front desk lady in the morning shift was a darling and shared with us so much info regarding KL and places to visit. Would definitely return if i visit KL next time.

*recommended for family who plan to go to visit bandar sunway esp to sunway lagoon or sunway pyramid ice *very near to some attractive malls.like sunway pyramid, damen mall, mydin mall, subang parade, ioi mall puchong, summit mall etc *not easy to find food at night for those who not into *mamak food *easy to get to public trabsport like BRT,LRT, grab or bus *the staff are all very kind and helpful..we came with adults and kids and they provide extra mattress and pillow without being ask to esp the young sabahan beautiful lady receiptionist that always smile with guests *except one - the room a bit narrow & not value for money even ive booked for deluxe room with king size bed

My 2nd home”

I love the fact that eventhough it is not a 5 stars hotel, it still maintain cleanliness in all its room. I usually book this hotel every time I have to travel to Sunway (almost every month). It feels like a 2nd home of which the staffs there I guess already became so familiar with my face. Additionally, this hotel is very near to Sunway Pyramid and other eateries. One thing that I do hope that they will have in the future is a laundry service because often time, I have to stay for a couple of days and need my cloths clean.

My Best Convocation Trip Stay ”

Im from Sabah and bring both parents actually to my convo trip. We choose to stay here for 7 nights. We got one deluxe twin and a premier single room. We love the location, 200m metres distance to Sunway Pyramid, near food stall, clean, room facilities are all in well quality. There was no problems to our room during our 7 nights stay (for both rooms ) I want to give credits to the staff there are all very friendly, cheerful especially Mdm Achi (defenitely a good trip planner for me and family when you are blur to go around KL - a Sabahan like me) , friendly boss. We love this hotel and definitely will come back again bcos WE REALLY FEEL AT HOME!

booked a twin bed room with no window. The room is clean and the bed is quite comfortable. It is close to Sunway Pyramid Mall and Sunway Lagoon. Rooms are separated by a thin wall or partition, so expect some noise from next door. The receptionist is welcoming. This differentiate the hotel with other budget hotels in the area. Overall a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Budget hotel not synonymous with second-class facilities.”

The facilities provided are very adequate. Mattresses, pillows, bathrooms and all facilities are elegantly available. Not like a budget hotel that is usually perfunctory in terms of facilities. Easy to find food around hotel. Malay, Indian and Chinese cuisine. Very close to Sunway Pyramid mall & Sunway Lagoon.

What I love about this hotel is, it was clean, the bathroom’s space, cleanliness, shower and everything were perfect! Although the room’s not too big, but I still felt spacious. The staffs were nice and helpful. The only thing that a bit annoyed me was sometimes I still heard outside noises during sleep time. Oh and definitely a good location for sunway area! Will definitely recommend this hotel to others!

A central hotel at Sunway. It was near the Pelita Indian restaurant (avoid this place as the meats are not 100% cooked and with blood; they are always opened 24/7, so cleanliness is not guaranteed; waiters are rude too). The room is clean and the environment is highly inviting after a day of shopping. PROS: The short walk from Sunway Pyramid (many shops inside for all groceries); ironing board and toilet at the ground floor common area; electronic card key mechanism; bottled mineral water, kettle, mug and teaspoon provided; bathroom with rain shower and dispensers of generic soap and shampoos; shower with warm water with high water pressure 24/7; one fresh towel provided every day (towel looks a bit worn out though); free Wifi speed is fast. CONS: There is no window inside the room; RM 50 deposit during check in; dusty under the bed; under the sink is mouldy; the bed is dented at the middle and not very comfortable; you can hear people talking outside (my room was near the lift).

Pros: 1. Very near sunway, with 711, midnight mamak food stall at walking distance. 2. Clean toilet with necessary toiletries 3. Good value for money Cons: 1. No carpark. Only 2/3 car parks but they reserve for management hence we have to either park at sunway outdoor carpark or try to locate one (which is really hard to find daytime) around the commercial area. 2. Perhaps a Coway water dispenser would be great instead of two bottles of mineral water daily. More convenient and eco-conscious too. I would definitely recommend a friend or return to stay if I visit sunway again

Clean room. Shopping mall just 2 mins walk”

I stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was superb. Room is small but that’s not a problem. It fit for me as a solo traveller as well. Shower room is a little bit strange because when you shower , all over the room will be wet but I know it was just about the limited space of room. Staff are all nice. One helped me to call UBER and she sincerely had strong service mind for guest but one at night shift always had frown face everytime I saw him. Improving his service mind will be more pleasant. Warning : no parking lot for customers at all. Staff will say it’s for management. You can ask them where to park but surely not in front of hotel. Room is clean. Hotel location is close to Sunway pyramid shopping mall just 2 mins walking. Room rate is reasonable. Overall is good. I will definitely come back and hope to see something better at your hotel.

You can go to Sunway Lagoon or Sunway Pyramid easily (on foot) or go to anywhere with the mass transportation. The room was with clean and bright with reasonable price, and suit for travel alone.

Very simple budget hotel”

Location: Walking distance to Sunway Pyramid, easy to find restaurant nearby hotel area. One down side for the location is, difficult to find parking as that area is quite happening so you have to waste some time to look for parking. Check in: Just have to show front desk staff the hotel voucher and IC, pay RM50 deposit for the stay. Front desk staff quite helpful and professional. Room: We stay in Standard Double Room for 1 night. The room is quite small, but comfortable and tidy. As the toilet and shower area are not separated, the toilet bowl will easily get wet whenever you take bath. Also, there is a curtain to cover the bathroom door but there is mold on the curtain and looks disgusting. Shampoo + shower gel, shower cap, towel and hair dryer are provided. Remember to bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. Lastly, the bed are quite comfy. One thing we have to feedback for this hotel is regarding the sound proof of their room. Both me and my bf woke up early in the morning around 7 something because outside are very noisy! We can hear baby crying, people close door and talking loudly which is very annoying especially during early morning.

Pros: - Walking distance to Sunway Piramid. - A lot of eatery around there. - Small room but cozy and comfortable. Clean and new. - Very polite staff. - Good service provided, they noticing we are 2 adults and 1 kid, they automatically provided 3 pillows in the room. Cons: - parking lot quite limited. But staff is willing to let you park their boss parking lot when boss not around. - Sound proof not so good but won't effect my sleep in night.

Wonderful experience~”

The room was small as expected, but definitely value for money. The facilities are new and well-maintained, the toilet and shower is so clean. One thing that is sorely lacking is water, they provide one free mineral water per day, there are no water dispensers in the place and we found the kettle IN the mirror cabinet on our last day. If you are going to Sunway pyramid, the location is just perfect. The staff have recommendations about the food and are very well-mannered and professional.
