Seasonal stay in KL!”

We do this every year, either during CNY or Xmas break or BOTH and sometimes more than that. 2020 is definitely a different year. Otherwise, more staycation in KL for my usual running events.... First time staying here at Vortex building and no regrets. Checked in was smooth as we were greeted by one of the staff at lobby area. Brought up to the unit 1st before I went down to park the car & bring the luggages up. The 1st unit on 11th floor has a faulty plug point resultant in the TV cant be watched either. So, we were swiftly brought to another unit on the 9th floor. Everything is checked upon to ensure that all are in working condition before we can settle in. Respective floor and the rented unit has seperate secured access i.e. building/floor access card & pin number for the unit respectively. Mini market on the 6th floor and 7-11 convenience store on the ground floor is added points for this place. The car park may be challenging to those driving big cars so be extra careful with the sharp & tight corners 😅. In KL nothing is free, so the parking is with a fee. Kelvin is very helpul to get us the season pass during our stay... Looking forward to stay here again in future as we didnt have the time to try the pool & the gym yet. Recommended for a long stay as well since the unit comes with kitchen, fridge & washing machine too.

Great Location, Clean Stay”

I loved the view from our room, however I was not aware that this is a shared apartment. In ours we had a private bathroom and room but living room, kitchen, washing machine were shared with all room. Rooms do have a personal lock so no issues at all, just wasn't aware before we booked. Washing machine and laundry detergent was provided which was super nice! Also have filtered water to refill water bottles. Do have to pay for pool and gym though. No sun on the pool so it was pretty cold, but beautiful view. I think it was 10 MYR for only pool use and 20 MYR if you want to use both.

No breakfast but behind the apartment there is street food....we can just go out from the apartment and find meals as we want, high security with access card and door access codes

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a weekend.

Tout était parfait. L'appartement est très grand. Il est propre. Le propriétaire est très disponible sur WhatsApp. Très bien situé.

寝室とトイレは専用であるが、リビングなどは他の人と共用。このような案内をみなかつたので、大分びつくりして、余り寛げなかった。

Saya booking untuk mendapatkan apartment 3 bilik tapi lebih sesuai dikatakan 2 bilik sahaja kerana 1 bilik lagi tidak boleh dikatakan bilik kerana hanya ditutup dengan langsir , tidak ada almari, hanya dilengkapkan dengan sebuah kipas dan sebuah katil bujang. Tidak berbaloi untuk 3 bilik.

優點：房東/員工很積極，極快回覆訊息，晚上11-12點都還有員工來處理問題。地點很棒，步行5分鐘到雙子星塔(裡面就有超市可以採買)，步行15分鐘內到吉隆坡塔，周圍有很多小吃跟餐廳。有廚房、洗衣機，基本餐具都有，有缺也可以請房東協助提供。 缺點： 地點很好，但也因此附近車流量很大，我們被安排在11樓且又臨馬路，非常非常吵。住了四個晚上，每天半夜1-2點都還能清楚聽到機車、汽車聲及喇叭聲，戴了耳塞都還聽得見。有請員工半夜12點來檢查，確認窗戶都有關緊，的確就是馬路上汽機車的噪音。 一家6人幾乎每晚都很難安睡，但又無法換房間。光是這一點，就讓我不願意再次入住。下次寧可去選別的位置遠一點但安靜的地方。如果要訂這間住宿，強烈建議一定要住高樓層(20-30樓以上)。 無線網路每天都要自己手動重啟(房東有解釋原因，為了避免別人偷無線網路的訊號)，雖然可理解，但還是有些麻煩。 建築應該有些老舊，可以看出牆壁的漬痕，廁所管線味道很重、非常不好聞。 整體來說，以這個地點和設施，算是划算的選擇，房東跟員工處理問題都很積極。但務必要確認能否接受噪音。

公寓和描述的一样，有大大的共用厨房和客厅，室内很温馨，有完美的落地窗。洗衣、煮饭都很方便。工作人员非常细致周到，还给我们很多旅游和吃喝攻略，对于我们遇到的问题也及时回复。距离双子塔和几条著名的小吃街很近，步行半小时以内都可抵达。
