I booked the deluxe queenbed room. The room was not very big but just nice, with all the necessities nicely prepared and arranged, very clean toilet & water supply is superb! The front desk guy was very very helpful and cheerful. Location wise, it is very strategic as many food stalls are available within short driving distance. Will definitely recommend this to my friend who plans to stay in batu Pahat!!

We went for short vacation and this hotel serve for value cost. Nice location at city center and good cleanliness. For staffs are very helpful and polite. Facilities wise, room include hair dryer and shower heater is pretty work. Washroom is quite big space. Will book again of this hotel when next trip to Batu Pahat again.

Batu Pahat is not a big town, but, this hotel may convenience for business visited usage. Surrounding got many restaurants or foods court. Hotel interior is quite good, even stayed at centre room also have a small side window for breathing and out view feeling, not so boring...haha!

Decent Stay”
The hotel is good enough for a night's decent stay. Don't have high expectations as it is located on shop lots. Besides, the rooms are quite small. The washroom has strong stench, could be due to poor draining system. However, it's very near to AEON Big and about 5-10minutes drive to Batu Pahat Mall and Old Street. Overall, it is worth the money you pay. Need improvement on cleanliness of the corridors. Rooms are clean. :)

This is my second stay at 888. Staffs are friendly, with water dispenser, hair dryer, iron provided. Room is small. We booked for a room for 3, for the bed nearest to bathroom, it is only 2 steps away from bedside

Exceptional”
Supervisor did not have good PR skills. I asked for 2 extra towels as im staying in the 4 bedded room. He told his housekeeping staff to go check my room to see if im really staying in a 4 bedded room. Like come on, suspicious about what im saying?? Btw u should u know your rooms just from the number. Whatever said and done,the hotel is still worth the price paid.

I thought i booked the delxue queen room with window but was not taken in. Only written on the booking form, pay to hotel. When I reach there, was told the room I intend to stay, was fully booked. Told me left 3 beds room, no choice as can't ask me to go back spore. Have to pay more than I expected even though the room is cheap. Overall, the hotel room is ok, location too. Only 1 lift. Nearby have some food too.

Bad staff service”
Used to stay at this hotel whenever at batu pahat. But i guess this will be the last time staying here. Booked for 2 rooms, for family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Overall based on the room rate you get what you paid. However, we are still the hotel guest whom need to be treated right. The hotel staff were super super rude. The attitude was terrible especially that one chinese guy. No interaction at all with the guest upon check in process and never explain properly. Disappointed 😕
