Simple clean new no parking hotel in sri kembangan ”

Business trip in Balakong and stay this hotel because read the review this is new hotel for few month old. Hotel room is small but clean and new. Ask for iron and the staff send to room in 10minutes. Friendly staff. The hotel have no own private parking lot so have to park outside the hotel with own risk. We ask the hotel staff to look after our car and she inform there is cctv to secure. Beside the hotel have a sushi restourant. Good stay for business purposes as still new hotel.

Clean and good hotel”

Pros: Great value for money. Great service provided by the front desk upon checkin, ample of free parking lots, bottled waters provided, water dispenser, cups and cleanliness of the room. Water pressure is good. Cons: Room is really small for family room that not much space we can walk, lift is pretty small too. Next is the soundproof of the wall is not good. In the middle of the night, we were awaken by the noise from the children from the room next door. The aircond temperature reading in LED is too bright and may trouble people with difficulty sleeping with slight light on. Another con is we were waken up at almost midnight by the receiptionist by phone call to ask if the iron is with us. It was really annoying. Overall it is a value for money place and lots of restaurants and pastry nearby. Chinese coffee shop, 7-11 are also available across the main road. The building is really new and clean and many empty shoplots. RM50 deposit upon checkin and refunded during checkout.

Room is lousy and dirty, location is good to Seri Kembangan and Putrajaya.

Value for money and it's just 2months old”

Attending convention at MIECC. Stay here for 3nights. At 1st hard to find because the address doesn't lead us to the hotel. It leads us to another shoplot at the back of hotel. We went driving row by row and found the hotel. Good eateries and bakery nearby. This hotel is very new and only 2months old. Room are small but new. They provide hot and cold water Dispenser every floor. Staff was asleep when we left hotel in the morning. We have to wake her up for a couple times before she led us out. Definitely value for money.

Overall ok”

Door can be open from outside even it was locked from inside. But the staffs are so nice, change another room for us immediately. Room conditions are nice. Hair dryer is available at counter upon request.

Great Selangor night”

Cheap and simple, but clean, and the girls at the front desk are kind. If you go out for dinner? there is a nice Japanese restaurant just the next door on your left. Like having a glass of wine? just another door after dinner. However, you will need a car, and you don't need to work at the hotel, because they provide no table and chair.

This was the best hotel i ever visited. All perfect will come again.

Pretty decent new hotel”

The room was clean. They have astro cable in case you decide to stay indoors. However, the heater was not working and one light in the bathroom was not working, making it partially dark. Location is a bit out so you will need your own transport.

The staff is nice and helpful. You may thinj the location is quite far away from downtown, but you can simply use Grab to go where ever you want by paying few bucks.

Everything was fine. Staff are friendly, place a bit far from town. So if you travel without vehicle might need to rent one or think of other solution.

Only that the single roim is too small & with a sewage pipe visible at the corner of the room - more suitable as a store room. Very dusty behind the TV & under the bed.

Hotel is small, Room is lousy, not recommend to stay if you need wondering around in KL center. If you heading to Putra Jaya, it is quite a convenient stay.

They only provide 1 key card per room which is very inconvenient because I have 2 family room with 8 persons. But we need to juggle between 2 key card!! Other than this, the rest is good.

Pro- hotel is clean -lot of parking spaces Cons- -soundproofing is really bad. Whats more annoying than when u r about to sleep then u heard lot of people talking chatting and laughing from hallway. U also can heard people talking and laughing from the restaurants nearby. -RM 5 charges for extra pillow. Other hotels from the nearest area are absolutely free for extra pillow. Choose wisely. -theres no table or chair if u want to do ur work inside the room. -the light from the aircond is too bright. We cover the light with the cloth to get a better sleep. -no water boiler inside the room. But they provide water dispenser outside. I believe other hotel within the range of prices provide water boiler inside the room, but not this hotel. -hard to find halal food within the area. U need to have ur own car for ur own conveniences. This is going to be first and last for me staying at this hotel because i think other hotels within the area provide a lot of better services from this hotel. I regret the first time i step my feet inside the room. So never again.
