Pleasant one night stay. ”

Pro: I stayed at a single, windowless room. The room and the attached toilet are clean. Hot drinking water is provided at the corridor near the lift. Friendly and very helpful staffs. Strong WiFi. A stone throw away from a mamak restaurant (opens from around 7:30am-11:30pm) and a convenient store (operates about the same time as the mamak restaurant). A Giant hypermarket across the street. Con: Thin walls as I can hear people talking along the corridor which woke me up a few times past midnight (I am a light sleeper). May be hard to get a parking space if you are driving. Overall a comfortable stay. Paid a deposit of RM50 during check in. You get it back upon checking out. Will come back during my next trip to Subang Jaya.

Everytime i am planning to vacay in Selangor, my choice of hotel is always 9 Square Hotel. I love to stay here as the environment are peaceful and calm. I love the facilities and the staff are friendly too. The price are reasonable and i am more prefer to stay in this hotel rather than others.

9 Square Hotel Subang offer the basics but is all you need if you just need a short basic stay, room is clean and tidy, admin is helpful and facility like wifi, water heater, TV, air conditioning is all good. There is few malls and hypermarket in surrounding area and you can craft for food easily.

Although small, the hotel is very clean and modern. The staffs are also very friendly. Any issues I have at the hotel was solved promptly and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a place to stay during their time in Subang.

Preferred hotel when in town”

This stay definitely tops the ranks of my preferred hotels while in town. Value for money, no-nonsense frills. Basic amenities. Lots of power outlets for my laptop, phone charger, camera battery charger. The TV and its basic channels are sufficient. Room was clean and simple. The bathroom was nice, small but nice. Closeby to Giant and Summit. The nearby area is a bit scary tho, sometimes looks like an abandoned office and shop lots, but since the hotel is among the closest to the main road, I guess its ok. Ample parking (paid parkings). The only bad review i have was when i tried calling the front desk to request for an iron, no answer. Several times, still, no answer.

Exceptional”

When you want to travel to KL (business or pleasure) but don't want the hectic-ness of the downtown bustle, this is a great place to be in. Near USJ7 LRT and BRT station (walking distance). Very near Summit USJ / Da Men Mall. Personally, I've always preferred Subang area than downtown KL, it has almost everything that crowded KL has to offer and better food too.

Left my ipad in the room when I checked out and the staff called me to inform me about this in 1 hour! Very great and friendly staff, will definitely come back. Overall the room and toilets are clean, had a great sleep. Usable hot water dispenser just in front of the lift. Location is good too as it's just in front on Mydin, and a convenient store and Nasi Kandar which operates for 24hours right in front of the hotel. Overall super great value for the price. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Better than our previous stay at another hotel”

The room is perfect for 3 travellers, one single bed and a queen bed. The bed was comfortable, it was not like those already aged bed that became too soft and less springy at the middle. The hotel also provide extra small pillow. The pillow was not too soft or flat too. Clean room and was serviced everyday. Corridor was clean too. The room is bigger and had more walking space than I expected. The tv was bigger too with Astro. It had a table with 3 free water bottles every day. The bathroom was quite small but I like the big shower head. It had hot or cold water but not adjustable. They provided body soap but no shampoo. The sink was clean and had side spaces too. They had 2 clothes hanger, in which for me is not enough and little space to hang clothes. Water dispenser is near the elavator and the iron board is also next to it. Hair dryer is also available in the room. Staff was helpful and attentive too. Overall, our stay is the best and will book again.

This is our second time staying in 9 Square Hotel. What a pleasant surprise when we saw a hair dryer in the room. The hotel is clean with good wifi and check in/out is fast.

Very Budget Hotel”

I think the location is very strategic, if you wish to stay for a budget hotel on a short trip, I would recommend 9 square, but it is not so comfortable if it is a leisure trip, I personally think the pillow and towel are not clean, and there is limited facilities. The lightning is quite dark.

Just OK for business/event trip”

Located in Subang doesn't make it good enough for vacation, but OK for events/business around Subang. In front of it there's 24h Mamak so you don't have to search too hard for food. And also minimart. Just ok.

Everything was perfect. Room and toilet are very clean. They don't do room keeping but we don't mind at all. We preferred our room not to be disturbed when we are away. Staff are friendly. Lots if parking space in front of the hotel but usually almost fully parked.

Great hotel. really surprising me. Very smell good room, a lot choice of TV channel, good location near to lrt station and mall, friendly staff, nice bathroom. Highly recommended and sure will come back.

Hotel rate is economy and located with 3 big shopping mall like da men, giant and mydin, easy to find food and can go shopping after works. Hotel is clean, and comfortable to stay. Choose room with window (city view).... You will like it
