Pretty much perfect ”
I came to Tioman wanting to a. Experience snorkeling b. Spend some quality time with my parents I definitely got that here. What I also unexpectedly experienced: - GREAT, fresh food with big portions - friendly, helpful staff who were super willing to help out guests - beautiful landscape all around the resort ABC village is the most private & quietest village compared to Salang & Tekek. ABC Beach Resort & Restaurant is the farthest from the jetty (but only 700m away) & it's basically the most private, quietest accommodation out of all the places you can stay in ABC Village. There are people coming to the restaurant & passing by to get to Bamboo Hut but otherwise, its location at the end of the village secures it a very private, GORGEOUS beach. The beach was clean with some tiny fishiesss and actual sand (some parts of this village have mainly rocks at their waterfronts). The chalets are close to the beach & all of them are pretty. The property offers snorkeling packages which you should definitely purchase if you can afford it. The local islanders work amazingly together to ensure a wonderful experience that benefits everyone without harming nature. What can be improved on: - our room could only be accessed through a flight of tall stairs that unfortunately didn't have railings. The tiles in the stairs were not slippery but having railings would definitely increase safety. - our room was semi-detached to the next room. The neighbors were loud coming in & I was actually woken up by them. Do stay here if you're looking for peace & quiet, if you don't mind not having Tioman souvenirs (I only saw one shop selling Tioman souvenirs in this village), & if you don't mind not having Instagrammable chalet interiors. Our room was plain like a normal Malaysian home but clean & just enough. The views & experience more than made up for it. Oh, and make sure to contact them if you've made a booking so that they can pick you up from the jetty 😁

I stayed 5 nights at a sea view room and a beach front room. Both rooms were very clean and good facilities. Staffs are very kind. I'd like to stay again. Thank you so much !!

Domki położone bezpośrednio przy ładnej plaży, w zacisznym miejscu. Domki wystarczającej wielkości, duża czysta łazienka. Otoczenie jest zadbane, są kwiaty wokół domków. Łóżka były czyste i wygodne, ciepła woda dostępna cały czas. WiFi dostępne tylko w recepcji. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości, polecam. Cottages located directly on a nice beach, in a quiet place. Houses of sufficient size, large clean bathroom. The environment is neat, there are flowers around the houses. The beds were clean and comfortable, hot water available all the time. WiFi available only at the reception. Very good price-quality ratio, I recommend.

Chalet condition was good with beautiful view. Friendly staff and really helpful. If you are searching for a calm, quiet place, this place is a good choice. Local people are friendly and helpful too. Nice food but please consider to bring own food if you come during festive season. Its quite far from the jetty, but you can rent a bicycle for you convenience.

We stayed at the sea view chalets at ABC beach Tioman chalets for 4 days 3 nights. It was great! The rooms were clean and well kept. The views from the rooms are excellent. Mina and her staff are really courteous and we were very thankful for their hospitality! They arranged snorkeling trip and Juara beach 4x4 trip for us! Wholeheartedly recommend their hotel for stay. There are better restaurant options on the island but they were a life-saver during the Raya holiday when everything was closed! Highly recommend.

Accomodation was nice, great view, lizards on garden, butterflies, staff was a highlight. super nice and friendly :) and portions in restaurant there were great and tastes delicious :) I definitely recommend chicken fried rice and their coleslaw salad :P. Thanks for a great time :)

Great beach views in laidback surroundings ”
Really lovely place to stay, just a short bike ride up from the jetty along ABC’s main ‘highway’ - a path through the village with the beach on one side and jungle on the other. Very friendly place and we stayed in one of the beachfront chalets so had amazing views directly onto sea and sand. Restaurant is the best in the village, with local food and great kopi susu. Cannot think of a more relaxing place to stay. Going again soon and hopefully many times again in the future.

We stayed 2 nights there. Overall we are really happy with the place. It isn't flashy clean because it was near the beach so the chalets were a bit sandy. The location is pretty nice too. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Will get you whatever you need. Nice stay. Recommended.

No frills”
With the beach right in front of you and the hills behind, what more can you ask for? Perfect place to wind down and switch off. Clean and well kept, it's the right place for the right price. Eateries are within walking distance but if you're feeling adventurous, just rent a bike.

Good but could be better”
We had a garden chalet and the bed was extremely squeaky and the fan really could use a clean. Staff was lovely and helpful Restaurant good value. Our only problem was the fact we did other accommodations on the island and that was the least nice for more money. But I suppose abc is a more expensive beach (even if not the best)

Abc beach not the best of the beaches”
Abc beach is not the best beach in tioman. Quite rocky and the area looks a bit messy. I would prefer other beaches further down or even at the east. The room itself was clean and good, just the restaurant next door busy and a bit noisy until late

Chalet is a bit far from jetty and inconvenient for senior citizens. Other than that, the view is nice and food was good in the restaurant.

got bed bugs”
i had been bitten by bed bugs!!! it caused me trouble since i need to pay more on treatment :( also got wasps visited my room in the early on morning and the owner just asked us to turned off lights to get rid of them, which is not a permanent solution also the floor in my room is uneven. we cant even latch in the front and bathroom door. :(

The stay was not as expected as the reviews suggested. Lack basic amenities, no drinking water/ shampoo provided. Beds were not comfortable as described. Even door locks were poorly maintained.
