Cross Hotel Osaka

"As one of the best hotel with its perfect location in the heart of Shinsaibashi, Cross Hotel is always on the number 1 in our family list of chosen hotel whenever we frequent Osaka for season shopping, gourmet tripping and pleasure purposes. The smiling staff with their warm service always greet us in style. As we always arrive from a tiring foreign trip, the hotel makes sure that our rooms are ready to occupy and all our requests are readily meet, too. The soft bed and the big pillows are my favourite, as well as the big bath tub for a refreshing and relaxing dip.. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is just a few meters away from the famous Dotonbori Bridge and all the famous eateries, shinsaibashi shopping arcade and the kids favourite, Don Quijote where you can buy nice souvenirs, cosmetics, etc.. I will surely recommend this place to all my friends who wants to see Osaka!"

Quintessa Hotel Osaka ShinsaibashiComic & Books
Shinsaibashi,Shinsaibashi - View on map
"Though located at Shinsaibashi, this hotel is a bit away from the Eki. It takes around 10 min walking which is acceptable for such a high-standard hotel. I've been to more than 10 hotels in Japan and this is the BEST I've had. Having a fabulous and modern look from outside, its interior design is new and good too. Room is BIG comparing to the general standard of Japan, very big indeed in terms of this price. The room has a spectacular inside looking with everything newly equipped and decorated, especially this hotel has just 3 year-history. Being a business hotel the staff speaks quite fluent English which adds point to the hotel. If I go to Osaka again I MUST choose this hotel again. I strongly recommend this hotel to you all."

"LOCATION location location! great place to stay a stone's throw away from Dotonburi and shinsaibashi the whole place is vibrant and fun at night for me i enjoyed my stay here immensely. you can just walk out of the hotel and find lots of food choices! the staff were accommodating and when i asked for directions from the airport, they emailed back and gave us choices tip: kansai airport to here take the doton piston bus to doton plaza and its just a 5 min walk at most to the hotel. also make sure to get wireless wifi its super convenient and you will never get lost. plus download apps to help with the translation also make sure to bring enough cash. most of the restaurants we ate didnt accept credit card payments breakfast though for me was a downer. it was the same food everyday. mostly japanese cuisine i guess because mostly cater to local tourists? the view from the breakfast dining room was great be sure to arrive early to get the best spots. Hotel WBF Hommachi
Shinsaibashi,Shinsaibashi - View on map
"I love the location of the hotel. It’s just a 5min walk to Hommachi Station. You can also walk to Shinsaibashi If you prefer to sight seeing of aome of the restaurants around the area. It’s a 20min walk to Dotonbori Bridge. You can either walk or take the subway to Shinsaibashi or Namba station. I love the room, it’s very clean. They change bath towels everyday. They refill shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toiletries everyday. The room is a bit small but it’s okay. The bed is super comfy. Okay for 2 people. They have tv (which we never use since we’re always outside) they have hair dryer and I love how clean and white the bathroom is. They also have 2 sets of night wear (medium size) so you don’t have to bring pjs. You can use their night wear to save space on your luggage. We have 2 large luggages and 2 small luggages. It fits well as long as you open the luggage one at a time. The hotel is new and super clean. The attendants and receptionist are all very friendly. I love everything about this hotel."

Ark Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi

"Ark Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi is the best hotel among 3 hotels i stayed during my 14 days trip to Osaka, Kyoto & Tokyo. The staff is super friendly, polite & helpful. One of the staff has tried her best & never give up to help us to book the Kaiseki meal at Kyoto even she is not so fluent English speaking, i and my family really appreciated for the kind assistance. They have fluent English speaking staff as well, so there is no worries for English communication. Excellent service & environment. The room is spacious if compare to others hotel i stayed. Room is clean & tidy, the blanket is super duper comfort & soft. The Nagohoribashi Station exit 3 & 4 is just located at left & right of the hotel with just 1 min walking. So you have 2 choices for station exit. Hotel is nearby dining area. Definitely will stay again for next visit to Osaka. Great hotel. "

"Stylish and modern in a great location. what more could you ask for. The room was very spacious, bay window seat was a nice touch you dont often find in hotels these days. Amazing shower and products. Love this hotel. Slightly noisy (Saturday night) with sirens I presume from dotonburi area but only once or twice, not all night. Definatly coming back to stay again. "

Dormy Inn Premium Namba Natural Hot Spring
Shinsaibashi,Shinsaibashi - View on map
"The very best feature with this hotel, is that all rooms are non-smoking so there are no risk of getting a stinky old, smokey room as can be the case in many hotels in Japan. Secondly, the location is great; walking distance to Namba and Shinsaibashi. Third; rooms are clean and has a nice interior design. Last; service is good: front desk staff speak good English, the restaurant has good food, and the massage parlor had good treatments. Lastly; the onsen spa is a fantastic way to relax after a long day of shopping and sightseing, and it is open all night. Internet wifi was working as expected. As for the free ramen that they served in the restaurant at night; it was a nice service, but you will find more complete (and tasty) ramen meals at any of the many ramen restaurants around town. If I should say something negative about the hotel, it might be that pillows are rock hard (but I got a softer one, so that was pretty great too) and there would be nice with at least one English news channel. All Japanese TV channels!"

Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Nagahoridori
Shinsaibashi,Shinsaibashi - View on map
"We initially booked for 2 nights stay but end up canceling the other hotel and just stay here for the rest of the week. This hotel exceeds my expectations in terms of cleanliness. It is a new hotel with complete basic amenities that a traveler would be needing. It is a few blocks from Exit 2 of Yotsubashi & Shinsaibashi Station so it's very accessible to different parts of Osaka. Also, there's a newly opened Aeon Food Hall/Grocery which is open 24 hours plus a Family Mart close by so you'll never have to worry if you need to grab something for the night. I would like to recommend the staff who helped us get a cab going to OCAT, they have always been very accommodating and helpful since day 1. Kudos! If you plan to go to Shinsaibashi/Namba (Glico spot) you need to walk around 20 minutes."
