Awesome Staff Throughout The Hotel & A Fantastic Location For Single Guys”

1st I would like to say that all of the staff that i came into contact with were exceptional. their SOS (AKA Spirit Of Service) is 5 stars. the front office staff, upon my arrival, had me processed & in my room within a matter of a few minutes & throughout my 10 days stay they were always helpful, informative & polite. their fantastic ability to communicate in English had a lot to do with my stay being a flawless one. the housekeeping staff were also fantastic & they keep the entire hotel in immaculate condition. both the public areas and the guest rooms. they are never intrusive, fast & efficient & always polite. upon arrival the settings in my laptop were not allowing me to connect to the WiFi and the IT staff who came to help arrived quickly, and he was excellent. he had me online in minutes, and i never had another problem. i always rent a motorcycle when in Pattaya so it was good to know that the hotel has great security in the basement garage & also elsewhere. these staff were always polite & never made me or my guests feel uncomfortable. having had a motorbike stolen a few years ago from another property where i was staying it really was a comfort to know that my bike was secure at Adelphi. the key card access for the elevator & rooms is state of the art. once while leaving my room i had accidentally left my room door ajar & the door lock signaled to me that i had not closed the door 100%. I think this is a great security feature. my biggest complaint about this property is that my room rate included breakfast & i must say that this was way below par. i found the European foods available to be poorly prepared, poorly presented & not worth the extra charges. i ate breakfast outside the hotel on all of my remaining days. having worked in & managed hotel F & B facilities in TH since 1992 i think i am qualified to say that there is no excuse for this. good products are available & well trained staff are as well. however, the Thai food i ordered from Room

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Adelphi in Pattaya. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were adequate in every way and the breakfast that was served in the mornings was a of a high standard. The small gym was what you would expect but, the machines were new and there was more than enough equipment there to enjoy a decent workout. The swimming pool was clean and served its purpose. One morning I was awoken early by a jack hammer going off less than 50ft from my window, it did quickly stop and it did not resume again until after 10am. The staff did apologize for this and from what I could tell it was a one off. There are building renovations taking place either side of this hotel. I would have liked to have stayed an extra night but the priced quoted was unacceptable considering what I had already paid for a 3 night stay. All in all, decent!

Life saver - wonderful staff, nice hotel, good breakfast”

We booked here last minute after a terrible experience at a budget guesthouse nearby. Talk about a total turn-around! The staff was absolutely lovely from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The room was well appointed and homey with a nice big comfy bed. The room service was prompt and delicious (I had the steak and my partner had the burger). All the staff from the front desk to house keeping to the servers both room service and in the breakfast room were warm and kind which was so refreshing. The breakfast buffet was good and the coffee was the best I've had in Thailand. When we checked out the front desk arranged a taxi to take us back to Bangkok no problem, everything was so painless we almost didn't want to leave! Unfortunately, Pattaya itself wasn't our kind of city so we will likely not return to this hotel but we will remember this great experience and be on the lookout for other Adelphi properties in our travels.

Excellent hotel”

I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. It is located near the soi bakhao, with walking distance to pattaya festival shopping centre, beach, restaurants, bars, or you could easily take a motorbike taxi to walking street. This hotel is excellent value for money for a 4 star hotel and for the extra $10 aud a night I upgraded to the deluxe premium and the room was very spacious with a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful and because I checked in thru facebook, the give me 2 free cans of Coke. It has a rooftop swimming pool and the swimming pool is big enough to do a few laps and they have happy hour cocktails for 2 for the price of 1. The buffet breakfast is pretty good too, a lot better than these other Pattaya hotel buffet breakfasts. Next time I come to Pattaya, I'll be staying at this hotel again.

A Great Hotel.”

This was out first stay at the Adelphi and we will certainly stay there again. We parked our car in the hotel carpark, they have two, a small one under the hotel and a large outside carpark. We were Instantly greeted by the friendly member of staff in the car park who led us to reception. The staff at the reception were very nice and friendly as well. The room itself was fantastic, large, very clean and with all the things you could want. The pool on the roof top was very nice and they also have a small gym, with treadmill, spin bike, weights and a chest machine. Very close walking distance to nightlife but the hotel itself was extremely quite and peaceful. We loved this hotel and it's our favourite of the hotels we have stayed in at Pattaya so far.

Excellent service ”

My first stay in Adelphi was good as I got a free upgrade of room. The staff was very professional, and even the bellboy was very cautious. My second visit - I chose Adelphi too with no second thought for other hotel in pattaya. One month later, during my check-in, the hotel staff gave me a free upgrade of room again and also allowed earlier check-in before 2pm. Value for money, and excellent service

Nice stay at Adelphi”

I thought I would try a new hotel this visit and was not disappointed. Adelphi is well located for me as I tend to hang around central Pattaya, the room was very good with balcony, good bathroom, the breakfast was plentiful for a westerner, eggs/bacon, juices, coffee, toast, fruit and an Asian selection. Staff were attentive and courteous. I will stay there again!

My Stay at Adelphi”

I stayed 3 nights in Adelphi Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. In my original booking I requested an early check in and a upper floor. The staff was very helpful and arranged an early check in but I only got it in the 2nd Floor. When we walked in to the room there was a bad odor coming from the room toilet but later we realized that this was coming from the sewerage system of the town itself as it was ever where you walk in the city of Pattaya. Overall it was a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Read some negative reviews, but some people are just ridiculous. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Very well priced. Is far from the nightlife/bar scene, but is exactly why we chose to stay in central pattaya. Easy to grab a baht bus and head into town if that's your thing. Construction either side of hotel currently, but barely hear any noise at all. 7-11 close by and plenty of awesome street food everywhere, walk around the block and find many more small bar and food. Good breakfast if free when you book.

A lovely break away from the madness”

When you think Pattaya you thing madness, but the Adelphi is close enough to the action if you want or you can simply relax on rooftop pool sipping cocktails. The rooms are modern and spacious and both times we have visited breakfast was a lovely peaceful experience with great choice and lovely staff. The HUGE attraction to the Adelphi is NO coach parties and long may this continue!!!

Great location and value”

I think I finally found my perfect hotel while In Pattaya; rooms are comfortable, housekeeping is good, very friendly staff, beautiful pool area and a fantastic location in Central Pattaya. Breakfast was good, but not great. Within easy walking distance of clubs restaurants, massage and the Central Festival mall. Baht buses nearby corner takes you anywhere around city. I will return!

NEVER DISAPPOINTED ”

This is my go to hotel in Pattaya. Stayed numerous times and keep coming back. The Adelphi has everything you need and great location. Great size rooms, friendly staff and well priced for what they offer.

Great hotel though disappointing in other issues”

Adelphi Hotel is an excellent place to stay. Great comfortable rooms, nice roof top pool, maid service is excellent & work until 5pm, location is close to the action, breakfast a little disappointing, more like dinner food than breakfast. i booked Adelphi 4mths ago i did not know about the disaster that i'm about to tell you....... WARNING: Next door to Adelphi they're building a new hotel...meaning very loud construction noises are coming from this area, from 8.30am to 4-4.30pm. Unfortunately being such a great hotel, you would be wise not to stay here for the next 2yrs. I'm so sad to be writing this being that the staff & accommodation was excellent.

New, Clean, Friendly”

A great new hotel in Central Pattaya. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and modern. The central location makes it only a short walk or motorbike ride to wherever you are going. It is close to Central Festival Mall, 7-11, money exchange, Tree Village and many other neat places. Take a motorbike taxi to Terminal 21, Walking Street, or the Sanctuary of Truth. Would stay again.

October Golf TRip”

Fantastic Staff”

The hotel itself is new and well presented; always clean and fresh. I loved the staff at the hotel; they were always friendly and helpful and engaging. The only reason I would go back is because the staff really were first class. Personally, I liked the "quiet" location of the hotel; only a 2 minute walk to find everything you might need in the way of restaurants, bars, money exchanges and so on. Some folks might not like the massage parlor across the road or the "local karaoke" next door; from my perspective I never found either of these either obtrusive or disruptive. Somehow the Adelphi management need to figure out how to separate noisy family groups from those of us who are looking for a quiet relaxing break. I was loving this hotel until a bunch of unruly, inconsiderate and frankly just plain rude family groups checked in. Having to tolerate the late night door slamming; conversations across the hallway and kids running riot from room to room was not what I consider guest friendly accommodation. I seriously considered checking out and going elsewhere. If the management could separate the "noisy family group" to say families on separate floors then I'd consider going back; if the Adelphi are focused on families; then they should make this clear as it doesn't work for me and I won't be back! Anyone driving an SUV needs to be aware that the headroom into the underground car park is only 1.7 metres - otherwise you will need to park your wagon in the outdoor car park.

I like this hotel and will stay again”

It's along a soi (25 maybe) opposite Tree Town, half way between Soi Buakow and 3rd road. A short walk to the Baht Busses along Soi Buakow. There is a motor taxi stand just down the soi towards Buahow if you don't want to use the Baht Bus. It is near all the LK Metro action but in a very quiet area. Free WiFi, but I did not bring a computer or cell phone. They have 2 computers in the lobby if you want to check e-mail or surf the internet. Nice room with a full glassed-in shower, plenty of towels, a refrigerator, room safe, and flat screen HD TV with many channels. Everything is clean and looks fairly new. Nice pool on the roof, though it is not large. If you cut through Tree Town then along Made in Thailand you come out on 2nd road more or less across the street from Central Festival Mall. If you go out to 3rd Road and head north to Central Pattaya Road (Pattaya Klang) just to the east will be the Big C Extra shopping mall.

Adelphi Pattaya hotel is very good hotel for family's holiday , one thing I a bit disappointed no toothbrush n toothpaste .
