Immediately became sl as ram et d on arrival Lots ok f street kids and pimps outside hotel It's a casino and several shifty looking people around late a night Swimming pool was closed when I as arrived, apparently a window from one of the rooms fell into the pool!! Says a lot for mainrance!

Worse Experience Ever”
Lets start with the fact after booking a superior king non smoking room the wanted to give me a 2 twin bed room. I had to pull up my reservation online to have issue corrected. After getting to my room I was unable to go in because the lock was broken and it took about 20 minutes one engineer and a front desk attendant to get me in the room. Upon entering the room the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming, i mentioned to the frond desk attendant that was the room at the moment after letting me that I booked a non smoking room because the smell will trigger my asthma . She replies that all the room are non smoking now I tell her that the smell is over whelming she turns to the engineer takes a half sniff in the air and she says i cant smell it and looked at me as if i was crazy. Upon inspection of the room I look out the window to my disbelief the pool was empty and under repair which was not advertised. Due to limits i cant complete review. in short Worse Experience Ever!

We were in the process of upgrading our key card system during the time of your arrival and regret that we were unable to program your keys efficiently. As for the pool closure, we do apologize that our front desk associates were unable to inform you during your inquiry. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to close our swimming pool as a window from our neighboring building has crashed in the pool, forcing us to do a full swimming pool closure including draining of the pool water to clear the area of any glass particles. We will ensure to address the issues you have raised, including the tobacco odor from the non smoking room given to you and I wish to extend my apology for the understandable impression and experie

I made 2 rooms reservation for my mom for her mother's day gift and my brother who lives in the Philippines. I live in Phoenix, AZ. I tried to buy flowers for my mom would like to pay it with my VISA card. They don't accept card, cash only. So, make sure you guys bring cash!

We stayed there for a night.The staffs are really educated.Only they should improve the speed of check in and check out.The room is clean and big enough.The breakfast is one of the best I had in the Philippines.I didn't feel any danger near the hotel,but you should be careful at night.I just wanna tell you The taxi fee is about 130 to 200 from the hotel to the airport.If you are first time to go to the Philippines,you should know something.Many taxi drivers may demand the crazy fee to you.

Anyway it is a wonderful hotel. This time we stayed in a superior double room. The room was large, clean, large bathroom and very comfortable. Breakfast at this hotel was also wonderful. Every dish is delicious, there are many kinds of dishes, I challenged to eat all the dishes, but I could not eat it. There is a Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel, and if you are Japanese you will not be bothered with meals. And since there is a Robinson department store in the immediate vicinity, there is nothing troubling with shopping
