Porcelain Hotel by JL Asia (SG Clean and Staycation Approved)
Chinatown,Chinatown - View on map
"Yes the room is small, but they put everything you need in that tiny room. There is a toiletries set provided to you daily, hair dryer, water boiler, LCD TV, locker, hangers and distilled water. The toilet is actually larger than I expected. The best thing about this hotel is its perfect location. Only 3 minutes walk from the MRT station. There are many shops and restaurants just downstairs. The famous Chinatown Yakun and Spizza are 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The corridors and rooms are a bit dark but for me it is acceptable. It is a little noise coming from the construction site near by. Yet, my Singaporean friend said this hotel is relatively expensive for a hotel in Chinatown."

Harbour Ville Hotel - SG Clean Certified
Chinatown,Chinatown - View on map
"I stayed here 4 nights and generally it's a good choice. If you want to book a good hotel in chinatown but the room rate is high there then you can check Habour Ville. It's not near the MRT but there is a bus stop nearby which can take you to the MRT in 3-5 minutes, so convenient. The facilities are good, the furniture is new and in a good condition. The staffs are good and helpful, nothing to complain except the 3rd night I found that my bed sheet got blood stains. I was so sleepy to talk to them so I just stayed away from it and slept."

"It is worth of money, breakfast of bread, coffee and tea is provided! Just things to take note would be no toiletries provided, toilets and bathrooms are shared among all the tenants in the accommodation. Other than that, the room is clean and tidy! ^^ It is very near to Chinatown, which is just right in front of it! 5 minutes walking distance to Chinatown MRT!"

"Location: it's 10 mins walk to NTUC grocery, you can take the bus just outside the hotel ( use the back door gate ), bus stop 51,64,121 and 186. Bus 121 takes about 4-5 stops to Tiong bahru plaza (mall). Then take the same bus back to the hotel, problem is, you have to walk up across the skywalk and go down before you reach hotel. It's 5 mins by taxi to SGH. 2. Breakfast : very very very basic, rooftop, better to buy in the grocery and cook your own food. 3. Free mobile phone : calls to 5 different countries except Philippines 4. Please request for rooms near elevator coz we stayed at the far end 5. Room: it's very modern. Why? SMEG brand electronic stove top, microwave, sink. Free dishwashing soap and new sponge. They have complete set of kitchen utensils. 2 plates, 2 sets of everything.i love that they have a big strainer for me to steam my baby's vegetables. Kettle, toaster. Towel for dishes. Scissor, knife, peeler. Complete. 4. Replenish dilmah teas, coffee, sugar etc everyday. 5. They have 2 glass pitcher to store your water/drinks 6. Electronic windows. Very big ones. 7. 1 bedroom yet 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. BRAVO! 8. Glass cabinets. Like it so! 9. Bathrobes 10. The bed is king size, California king. The linens--- honestly, the cleanest and looks so new and white. 11. They have plenty of electric outlet. Really really. And outlet suitable Philippines gadgets. 12. Bathroom: all grohe 13. Shower: water pressure is strong. Hot and cold. 14. Small toilet though but with bidet 15. Towels are big size. 16. Complimentary water everyday. 17. Big sofa bed. Can sleep 5'5 feet tall person. No dinning table and chairs though. 18. 1 TV in the bedroom and 1 in the living room 19. Staff are helpful with location, and everything 20. Free slippers although very cheap ones 21. I didn't try the television tho. I like the hotel but it's very very very quiet. I like it because it's really clean modern and new. - better to book directly with Agoda coz they are pr"

Wink Capsule Hostel @ Chinatown
Chinatown,Chinatown - View on map
"Clean, comfortable definitely worth it. I've stayed in a 10- pod room and shared it with people from China, Spain and Japan, luckily they were all very considered. The key card that opens your room, locks and unlocks the compartment underneath your pod to store your belongings. Request a towel a the reception for only S$ 2 and they will also give complimentary soap and shampoo. There are around 6 to 7 shower stalls in the bathroom and there is a cleaning clerk constantly cleaning all the public areas. Help yourself during breakfast. It is obviously not a 5 star hotel spread but it is definitely a lot more than most hostels would provide; toast breads, jam, butter, peanut butter, cereal, milk, two types of fruit juices, coffee, tea and two types of fruits. Coffee and tea is available round the clock. There are laundry facilities and working stations spread across the place. For those hooked on their gadgets, there is wifi all over, and they also have net books . The Hostel is located just a block from the MRT Chinatown station and there are plenty of shopping areas and malls nearby. For the night owls, Clark Quay is within walking distance or just one subway stop. Again absolutely worth it. "

Duxton Reserve Singapore Autograph Collection (SG Clean Certified, Staycation Approved)

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Six Senses Duxton, from the smooth check in to the 10/10 service from the staff our stay was nothing short of fabulous. We were disappointed to find out that the pool at Maxwell was shut for an event but reception offered us an amazing solution and we ended up dining at The Yellow Pot (recommend the mee sua noodles and the sirloin black pepper beef cubes). We booked the Opium room and I was thrilled to soak up the chinoiserie and dark mysterious vibe from A. Hempel. We even headed to the Maxwell location for a western breakfast the following morning, think sourdough croissant, banana parfait, eggs Benedict crab cakes, chicken waffles to name a few of our selects. I would absolutely return again and perhaps book a different suite the next time:-)"

Fernloft City Hostel - Chinatown

"My mother was the traveler and i had chosen Fernloft for her stay because of it's affordable price, close to Chinatown and a SUPERB service they did to my mother. I was kinda hesitant at the beginning because of the set up but i was blown away by the staff how they treated my mom like their own family. I would definiteley recommend this for my relatives and friends and to everyone!!! "
