Great place to stay”
The room was clean, comfortable, and large for two people. We loved the private hot springs. The staff was friendly and helpful. We thought it was a great value for the price. It's way out on the edge of town, so it's a bit of a walk to anywhere, but it was quiet and scenic, and we enjoyed it a lot.

Quiet and relaxing ”
Good stay for one night, helpful staff, the onsen itself is very well maintained and enjoyable. I forgot to make a dinner reservation with my booking but good brewery and food outlets down the hill in the town and nice to return and have a late evening dip in the Onsen!

Beautiful Onsen indoor and Outdoor”
Friendly staffs. The room spacious and we enjoy the stay there. The breakfast and dinner is awesome. The Onsen - especially the OUTDOOR, is relaxing. Only have one hr in the morning and evening. There some board games etc for my children to play too. Very relaxing & peaceful stay.

Fabulous ”
A wonderful stay in a large tatami mat room - great for a group or family. Wonderful onsen. Kind and welcoming staff. Peaceful environment. Walking distance to great coffee cafe ‘Coffee Camp’ and walking distance to Hakone Open Air Museum. Perfect - we’ll be back for sure!

Friendly and attentive staff”
The Ryokan is about 10 min walk from the cablecar station. Lookout for the sign with japanese characters 紫陽花 in red at the entrance of the sideroad just before the bend of the main road. The staff speaks fluent English and Mandarin. The Ryokan has two well furnished private onsen, each with an indoor and an outdoor onsen. You have to make booking for use during check-in. Our room overlooks the garden with beautiful autumn leave, providing a calm and relaxing environment to wind down. Food was excellent, both in taste and the experience of traditional japanese food culture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Aaaahhhhhh! ”
There were only 2 things that weren’t perfect:1). A wee bit difficult to find as the sign was hidden by flowers and weeds-don’t doubt your GPS. It is through a white trellis. The other was food service the owners were great and offered to make me a snack as I arrived late. The o send, both indoor and outdoors were heavenly. Just the right temperature and the starry night made it perfect. The real ryokan experience. I was just sorry I could only stay one night. DEFINITELY put this onsen on your list if you are going to Hakone. 10+

普通によかった”
一泊2日、素泊まりでした。事前に集めていた情報では良い悪いが別れていて不安でしたがスタッフさんは優しく丁寧でした。内装は旅館というよりも綺麗な新居という感じでした。お風呂は貸切制なので伸び伸び出来ましたが少し汚れがあったのが気になりましたが概ね満足です。ただし男女で分かれていないので泊まる方はそこだけ注意が必要かもしれません。また、立地は坂の真ん中なので徒歩はお勧めしません。雨が降ると普通に滑ります。立地と多少の汚れを除けば値段に見合った良い旅館だとおもいます。

お風呂、スタッフが素晴らしい”
スタッフの方々がカタコトではありますが、とっても誠意のある気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいました。 お風呂も良かったです。強いていえば、お風呂の寝ゆができるようなスペースに枕がありましたが、高さが高すぎて寝れませんでした。寝ゆが出来れば最高のスペースだと思うので、高さの調整が出来る台（湯桶くらいの高さ）

うちの犬と友人と3泊泊まりました。お風呂に毎日2回入れて楽しかったです。箱根を色々宿を足にして出かけられたので、良い休日でした。スタッフさんもうちのわんこに親切でした。わんこはマイセン博物館に隣接したお庭も気に入ったみたいです。

スタッフの皆さんはとても親切丁寧でした”
はじめての犬連れ旅行でしたが、 スタッフの皆さんは、外国人の方も日本人の方も皆、親切丁寧な応対をして下さり、とてもありがたかったです。 連れて行った犬も、リードをつければ、廊下、食堂、お風呂の脱衣所まで連れて行って良いので安心です。 宿は全体的にきれいで、貸切露天風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。 期待を込めて、あえて改善の余地がある部分を指摘させて頂くとすれば、布団の匂いと、食堂の横のベランダの整理などがあります。 ちなみ今回は、宿的には不可抗力かもですが、上の部屋の客が朝4時までドカドカ歩き回ったり騒いでて、犬が吠えてしまうのをなだめるのが大変だったです。（構造的に響くのかな…それともうちの犬のせいかな…） 全体的には、スタッフの皆さんがすごく丁寧で親切で、これから改善して良くなっていく旅館だと思いますので、お勧めさせて頂きます。 今回はお世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。

犬と一緒に一泊しました。 一番スタンダードな和室でしたが、それでも十分に広く、畳も新しくキレイで布団も敷いてあり、アメニティも揃っています。 犬関連のアメニティは一切ないので持参は必要ですが、リードをしていれば食事会場も同伴可能です。 特に、1時間の貸切風呂は内風呂と露天風呂がセットで利用でき、とても大きく清潔でした。お湯もとてもよかったです。 スタッフの皆さんも丁寧で親切、フレンドリーでサービスが徹底されています。 ロケーションも強羅エリアで最高でした。 また泊まりたいと思います。

温泉最高！”
朝と夜に貸切で使用できる温泉がただただ最高でした。子ども5人の7人でゆっくりと温泉を楽しませて頂きました。設備や清潔度に関してはザックリでも大丈夫な人向けだと思いました。彫刻の森美術館や大涌谷へのアクセスも抜群で、箱根で宿泊を探している若い方や大家族にはお勧めです。
