a perfect brand-new hotel”
It was like a paradise to me. The hotel has very kind, friendly and English fluent staff. It's lacated right on the main street in Old Town: You can enjoy Sunday Market vibes even in your balcony cause it is right over the street. Still, the room gets very quiet if you close the door. The facilities of the room are very modern and crystal clean. The beds were the best which were soooo soft. Also, I did enjoy the sound of running water of the pool in the sunbeds. The water looked clean, which i cannot guarantee cause i don't swim. the breakfast was good. Only one bad thing was slight painting smell from the new building, which i think might have gone around this time. I stayed there mid January. Woming fruit and letter, quality amenities and such things made me happy too. I'd definitely come back to this hotel whenever i visit Chiangmai.

All staff, whether night shift or day shift, are very friendly, very kind, very polite, and very helpful to us. It was my BD during my stay, they arranged a little surprise for me. That’s very impressive! The room is very new, well cleaned, good design, well decorated. High ceiling made us feel more comfortable and relax. There is a flowery garden in front of the hotel where you can sit and take your time with someone or even take photos is also good. A little green garden inside the hotel area with warm water pool and small bar are also available. The location is good. It is in the middle of weekend walking street. Lots of restaurant and cafe around. So convenient! I have pinned this hotel as my no.1 hotel in Chiangmai town. See you next trip Aksara Heritage. 🥰

I just returned from a solo stay at Aksara Heritage while in Chiang Mai. I had the most amazing time exploring Old City from this central location. This was the perfect boutique hotel for my short stay and I enjoyed everything about it. It was so clean and spotless! The staff was friendly and attentive and I loved my room. It had a very modern and stylish look. The blackout blinds had me sleeping very well, and the free minibar and snacks which included water, soda, fruit, and crackers was such an unexpected and sweet surprise. The breakfast was decent too. I can't wait to come back to Chiang Mai and stay here again.

Pros Good location especially on a Sunday with the market right outside Very comfortable room Nice pool and great way to cool off after a hot day Always easy to catch a tuk tuk in front of the hotel On our last day we did a hydrotherapy pkg (booked it at Let's Relax Spa for 900 baht) and it was just wonderful Cons Only real con is that the breakfast offerings were not regularly refreshed especially the fruit. For a higher end hotel more attention should be paid to the breakfast offerings. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful brand new hotel and we would stay again if we ever return to Chiang Mai

Near to most temples and the famous Tha Phae gate, this oasis offers a relaxing and comfortable stay inside the walls of the ancient Old City. The staff are very courteous and are willing to engage in conversation. They are always very helpful. The room is sooo amazing plus the balcony view is fantastic. I would go back here soon. We stayed in the hotel for two nights in mid-February and felt very comfortable there. The decor is very tasteful and elegant. Also the staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. Furthermore, the hotel is very conveniently located and all sights can be easily reached on foot. All in all, a fantastic stay in a very recommendable hotel. We will come definitely again.

Perfect boutique hotel in the heart of the old city ”
If you are looking for the highest quality smaller boutique hotel recently renovated with high standards in a relaxing and historic part of the city, you must try this place. Most of the rooms overlook the serene pool area next to a temple adding to its charm. The rooms were well furnished with comfy beds and high quality bath fixtures. My only con would be that the mini refrigerator in the room isn’t meant to keep things extra cold (only slightly cool) so keep that in mind. The breakfast was more than adequate given the size of the hotel and the service throughout was great. There is no doubt I will book this one again.

PERFECT BOUTIQUE STAY”
Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The loveliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The saltwater pool was heated to the perfect temperature. Breakfast was delicious and appropriate for the US, Europe, and SE Asia (there was even charcuterie!). Plenty of water and treats in the room. Welcome drink and fruit basket. Poolside bar service. I cannot say enough good things. Our stay was truly amazing!

This hotel has nice decoration and facilities. It located in the middle of Sunday market which you can easily walk to the market to get some local products and crafts. Even though it is in the market, but when you get to your room, it’s totally quiet and relax. Netflix provided. I love in-room amenities so much. You will get big bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and body lotion which smell so nice. I did throw my own away :) Staff so friendly and good service attitude. Going back for sure!!

We stayed at this hotel just 2 weeks into the opening of it. It's a beautiful facility and great set up. The staff here are very well trained and immediately made us feel like home. Though it's not a big hotel you'd feel at home right away. Breakfast is very well prepared even for a small number of guests. The location of the hotel in the old quarters of ChiangMai makes it ideal for walkabouts and local discoveries. Totally recommended and we would come back for future stays.

Beautiful boutique resort”
Well located in the heart of the old town, this newer boutique hotel is tastefully designed. The pool was lovely and a nice warm temperature, getting afternoon sun. There was a small gym at the hotel too. The rooms were a good size and bed very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was OK for the standard of hotel - could be improved in quality/variety of baked goods and fruits but was still not bad. We travelled here post-COVID when no international arrivals into Thailand were permitted, so got a phenomenal deal on the room rate. For that alone, I would certainly recommend staying here again. No parking on site but we were able to get on-street parking. The hotel staff also kindly assisted to park our car offsite on the Sunday afternoon when the street closes for the night market.

Location is on point, just right next to weekend market and Thapae gate Room was amazing, new, gorgeous and well- equipped Bed was comfy Bath and shower are seperated Gym is quite too small but ok Pool and the bar was enjoyable Food was amazing! loved it! At first when I entered into the room. I didn't notice the size of bed until I found out how huge it is when my friend completely stole a quilt and I didn't have enough covered. So I decided to sleep diagonally to the bed tried to put myself under the rest of the quilt that still available and it worked.

I asked them to do the birthday surprise for my aunt, they did quite well, so lovely. The room is new, friendly staff, breakfast is okay, close to ta-pae gate, recommend to stay on Sunday, there's night market on the street in front of the hotel. Worth every penny :)
