Nice Hotel with infinity pool”
Friendly staff received us with a welcome drink and brought our luggage to our room, so we could have lunch till our room was ready for check-in. We totally recommend to go to eat to the street food stands down the street, nice meals and fruit shakes for good prices. The hotel room has a good size and a big shower. The room seam a bit dark as there is no main lamp in the middle of the room. Wifi is working good, but you have to re-login rather often what is getting a bit annoying. The view out of our window was disappointing as you could only see garbage in the forrest. Breakfast is served from 7-11 am where you can get a fresh prepared omelette and other dishes in a buffet, but after 3 days it wasn't much variety. Still it is a good breakfast. We liked the infinity pool and the beanbag chairs, which are good for relaxing especially with some good cocktails in the happy hour (2 for 1 for 180B) from 4:30 - 5:30 pm. But unfortunately the pool closes at 7 pm already. We could book excursions and boat tickets to Koh Phi Phi right at the hotel what is very convenient. But we didn't like the excursion it self so much. As went to hot springs, Emerald pool and Elephant trekking, the schedule was pretty stuffed so we had to hurry at the at the hot springs and at the Emerald pool, because after a long car ride (1 h) you also have to walk also for a while to reach the pools. And the hot springs are not that big, so it was very crowded with tourists. After that we better would have done only the elephant trekking. Once we tried also the free shuttle service to Andamana Beach resort what is cooperating with the hotel, but it was not as good as expected. The hammocks and the beanbag chairs are quite cozy but the beach and the water are rather dirty. We would recommend to go to the end of Ao Nang beach, buy there a ticket for a long tail boat ride to Raily West Beach for 200 B per person to go there and back. Very nice beach between mountains.

Amazing place in Ao Nang”
This was our first place to stay in Thailand. We landed and straight to the hotel. They helped us with transfer from the airport for a reasonable price and the guys at reception were very welcoming. Now...the room...and the pool were just amazing. This is one of this places that makes you want to stay in the hotel! You might see some reviews where they say that there are construction works in the building next door. This is correct, there are. But the hotel has got an agreement with the builders and they work from 10-4 (time at which you should be enjoying Thailand!) Ao Nang is a tourist trap, so hopefully you'll spend there 2-3 nights, and for that, this hotel was perfect! Highly recommended.

Love Alisea”
It was a very good time to visit Krabi for the past decade. I found Alisea by chance on Agoda Web, but it was a right decision to stay there. The staff was so friendly and helpful particular K.Bank. He was trying to assist whatever I asked for. The hotel itself was nice, small but neat. I have booked Loft Suite, It was on 4th floor, beautiful view with two levels in the room. The most I liked, it was a long window in the room, such a classic. Only breakfast which I thought they could provide a variety of food and could be fresh ex.vegetable for salad. Overall, if you guys need a quite place, and don't mind to walk around 10 mins to Ao Nang Beach, I would recommend Alisea.

Loft Room is awesome”
This is one of the best kept secret in Krabi, go during low season and its even better. A short walk to Ao Nang Beach. We didnt choose to have breakfast at the hotel though, and may be a good idea to have it as most shops open at 11AM. The interior was lovely with the loft room offering a cute wooden hot tub on the rooftop. Only downside is that another hotel is building right across, so if youre in room 31 and above where your view are not blocked then its okay. If you're not bothered by view and will go out most of the time then it wouldnt be a bother.

Great place to stay! ”
After reviewing 3 weeks of traveling different places in Thailand I can say that Alisea Boutique Hotel was clearly one of my favourite Hotels! The location was perfect for us: 5 min walking distance to the beach, 7/11 just around the corner and all touristy shops around 10min away. Ideal if you prefer not having everything right outside your door. Definitely visit their Italian restaurant! I was very sceptical going for pizza in Thailand, but the food has been amazing. Rooms are clean, spacious and have a nice flair. The infinity roof top pool offering beautiful sunset views is another plus. Would definitely come back!

4D 3 N stay in Alisea Boutique Hotel”
We were here from 3rd May to 6th Mayy 2016 and we booked a superior room. Location wise, it was very near to the Ao Nang beach area, just a 5 mins walk to the beachfront. For convenience, there is a 7 eleven store opposite the road from the hotel where we buy food and drinks whenever we don't feel like eating out. The room decor is clean, neat and simple. There is a spa on the top floor where we can try the jacuzzi at a cheap rate. The hotel is located on the stretch of road before turning into the Ao Nang beachfront. At night, it is quiet for a good night sleep as it was away from the hub center of the beach. Breakfast is a small spread of Asian Thai and western breakfast, where the Asian food is changed daily. The staffs attended to our queries and needs and overall i would recommend to stay here.

Great hotel in Ao Nang center”
Great hotel in center of Ao Nang. Rooms are very nice, clean and have a balcony. Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel has spacious entrance and hallways with cosy seat areas, a pool table and a great infinity pool at the second floor with superb views where they serve good cocktails. The beach is at walking distance and a 7 Eleven is just 50 meters away on the opposite site of the street. Next to the hotel sits an Italian restaurant where hotel guests are eligible to a 10% discount and heard the food and service are really good (did not go there myself). If going back to Ao Nang will be part of any future travel plan for sure I will book this hotel.

Great hotel for couples”
I am very satisfied with my stay at Alisea. Pickup van was waiting at the airport upon arrival as requested. I was given early check-in as my room was already available at 10am. Room was decorated for honeymooner eventhough my husband and i have been married for 8 yrs! Quite a treat! Love the hotel decor, very spanish-rustic feel. Breakfast was just ok. It's non halal so we only ate the salad, fruits, breads & eggs. Good deal for motorbike rental at the reception. Outside the hotel there is a tours hut that offers quite good deals as well. Walking to Ao Nang beach is not too far, many shops and food places along the way. Didn't get a chance to swim in the hotel's pool but the view from there is great. Also tried the massage at the hotel's spa. Was relaxing and energizing! My only negative points would be that they don't provide bedroom slippers (the floor is tiled so can be very cold), they don't have an iron (should bring a small travel iron) & the spa needs cleaning! Very dusty and there were a few ants on the spa bed. But overall a pleasant stay, value for money! Would consider to return next time.

10 out of 10”
I booked 1 day and ended up staying 12 days. I don't think you could find another hotel that ticks all the boxes for friendliness, comfort at an affordable price. I stayed 3 days at another hotel that has excellent reviews, and I agree that it was of a high standard but lacked atmosphere. As a solo lady traveller I felt like the staff looked out for me for my safety and catered for an enjoyable stay. The room is a standard size with extra large comfy bed, good wifi, aircon, water pressure, clean. Staff are trained to an excellent standard in all areas of hospitality and this is a reflection of the manager. Pool area has lots of atmosphere and lovely for a refreshing dip and relaxation. Happy hour is from 16.30 to 17.30 with 2 for the price of 1 drink. Breakfast is plentiful, delicious and caters to all tastes. I ate at the restaurant twice and both nights were delicious but remember that there is a surcharge attached. The manager invited myself and another couple for a Thai afternoon tea which was an extra lovely touch. The massages at the hotel were very enjoyable and affordable. I had an extra early flight and Alisea drove me to the airport and had a packed breakfast ready for me to take on my way. A huge thankyou to all at Alisea

A great place to stay in Ao Nang with exceptional staff!”
We really liked this little hotel and wouldn't hesitate to come back. The room was comfortable, clean, and one of the larger rooms we stayed in while in Thailand. We were in a superior room but not the loft suite. We were not on the construction side, but I don't think it would have bothered us. The other side of the hotel faces an alley and the swimming pool of a neighboring hotel. The hotel has a lot of open space if you want to hang out there - the pool is lovely. The staff works really hard to meet any need you might have, from coordinating our laundry to assisting with transportation. The hotel is off the main Ao Nang strip, but just a short walk down the hill. There are 2 different night markets depending on which way you go when you get to the main road. Some of the exterior of the hotel could use some freshening up - chipping paint, pool tiles falling off, etc. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but these items detract when you first see it. Thank you for a great stay!

Fabulous hotel close to everything”
We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years. Great friendly staff who are always helpful Anna at reception is great as is the lovely lady who cooked our eggs each morning and the pool assistant. The hotel is in walking distance to Ao Nang and Nopparat beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. Plenty of places to get a massage, catch a taxi or tuk tuk. Tour booking places and laundries readily available. Several local markets nearby and lots of street food vendors. Love Ao Nang and Alisea Boutique Hotel, look forward to returning next year.

Exceptional”
Except for poor wifi, the Alisea is a great find for the money. For $30 U.S./night, I got a room that was very large, a huge king-size bed, two small balconies on the main floor and a much larger one on the 2nd floor, and a nice bathroom with a big, nice shower area. For the price, I have a hard time believing you'd find something nicer than the Alisea in Ao Nang.

A little gem In Ao Nang”
Pros: Super cheap, infinity pool is better than the pictures, the room is big and the shower is fantastic!!! Staff so friendly and the pool table downstairs is a real touch with a few beers. The staff had no problems with us drinking our beers by the pool and pool table! Was super quiet at night too in the room. Cons: yes, location is a bit further out but we loved it, wasn't a tourist trap and a small food market right beside with the locals so was fab. The hotel is a bit dated but for the price you pay like you can't expect 5star. Yes there's no lift but again, didnt bother us at all. All in all, great find in the quieter part of Ao Nang with the hustle and bustle a street away!!

BRILLIANT Honeymoon Suite”
We spent 4 nights of our honeymoon in Krabi at Alisea. The first two nights in a nice standard room, the last two nights we booked the honeymoon suite. WOW. it's about double the money, but still A low price for the multi-level, beautiful designed, spacious apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the huge bath out on the balcony under the moon with the lizards(!). The staff, though slightly challenged with English were kind and super attentive. The breakfast was solid. We would definitely return to Krabi and Alisea - for that magical honeymoon suite!

perfect hotel to stay in Ao Nang”
In general, the hotel is perfect to use as a base to go around. Nice pool to refresh, free internet, pool table, even small cinema, where you can ask to watch your own DVD-disks. Breakfast was very nice, especially fruits and kinds to fried eggs. We were eight people, and we felt that it's our own private hotel. There's a travel agency in it, where you can organize all tourist attraction: from air tickets to elephant tours and speedboat charter. I'd recommend this hotel to all my friends as a perfect place to stay in Ao Nang. Moreover I was free upgraded to double-floor room!

Beautiful hotel”
Our stay at Alisea was fantastic and we really had a great time here, in our two month trip of Thailand this was probably our favourite hotel. The location is good, in a quiet place not too far from a main street with a market, restaurants and shops. The walk to Ao Nang beach is about 10-15 minutes and there is also a shuttle bus that takes you to a quieter beach 20 minutes away. The staff are all helpful and the breakfast offered is decent. We also really enjoyed the pool which is a perfect place to watch the sunset. If I had one complaint it would be that the connecting doors between the rooms seem a bit thin and there can be noises heard from your neighbors if they are not considerate. We did have one problem with one such guest but staff were able to assist.

My favourite hotel stay yet. ”
Our stay at Alisea was fantastic. Joom and Annie made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived even knowing us by name as we walking into reception. Every effort is made to make your experience as special as possible. The hotel is newly renovated by the new owners and we loved the style. The new Japanese restaurant did amazing sushi and they were even kind enough to deliver it to the pool for us. The internet was super fast and never dropped out for us while we were there for a week. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team at Alisea, arranging laundry, scooters, taxi's, and trips to the private beach club. I would highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a great place to stay in Ao Nang.

A Gem”
This hotel is a hidden gem. It is not 5-star but it has everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Our rooms were large, clean and the bed was comfortable. Another review suggested that the lighting was poor but we did not find it a problem, although the light fitting in the bathroom was a little low. We don't usually eat in hotels but we tried Umbertos and had great food and wine at reasonable prices. As we had driven from Penang, transport around Krabi wasn't a problem but car parking is very difficult along the beachfronts. The hotel is just within walking distance of the beach and there are lots of restaurants along the way. The best bar we found was the Full Moon Bar, which has a great live band, about half way to the beach.

Amazing stay in Ao Nang ”
We were looking for a nice hotel and we found an amazing deal for Alisea Boutique Hotel. Staff were extremely helpful since the very beginning and did make a difference to our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice shower. The pool is a bit small and it can get busy but it is such a nice pool; it is a perfect spot to see the sunsets. The hotel is a short walk to Ao Nang beach (5 minutes) and all the amenities, including the night market. Wi-Fi is a bit spotty and sometimes can offer really slow speeds but that’s the only negative thing I could tell you about this hotel. If you need faster Wi-Fi you can always order some food and/or drink at the Italian restaurant below where they’ve got a fast and stable connection.

Excellent Choice”
The Alisea Boutique hotel is a great choice to see this side of Krabi, just a few short steps to a choice of two beaches, it has a great Italian restaurant, rooftop swimming pool and bar, and is clean and tidy. The staff at Alisea are outstanding, especially Anna, who was most helpful and accommodating on every occasion.
