Great value and not too far from anywhere.”

The location given on the hotel website did not match the actual Soi number and confused the taxi driver, but I had been in the area before and was able to direct him. (Soi 13 on the Pratcha Uthit road). The check in was quick and efficient. The room neat and clean. Only a limited choice at breakfast but more than made up for by the quality of the food. Huay Kwang MRT station is a 15 minute walk, a 20 Baht motorcycle taxi, a 40-50 Baht Tuk-Tuk ride or a 50-60 Baht taxi-meter ride away and once there you can access most areas of Bangkok using the MRT and BTS transport systems. Nathong restaurant is a 5 minute walk, just turn left out of the Soi. You may have to book at the weekend as it is so popular. The food there is excellent. The pavements are quite narrow and cluttered and the traffic can be very busy but should present no problems to anyone reasonably mobile. There are plenty of vendors selling a wide variety of street food in the evenings and are well worth a visit. The All Together Suite is a new hotel, it is clean and quiet and the staff speak excellent English. The rooms are comfortable, there is a swimming pool, satellite TV and WiFi internet is available in the rooms and lobby. We stayed for 8 nights and will be going to stay there again the next time that we are in Bangkok.

Underwhelming and dark.”

My introduction to the All Together Suite was odd and unfortunate. The location is near the train, but about 20 minutes to walk so plan on getting an inexpensive taxi ride if you don't have that time or a heavy bag. The building itself seems pretty dated and dark inside. There is no AC downstairs and a big fan is the only thing keeping anyone cool in a large lobby area. The staff was friendly and welcoming but made us wait about 15 minutes for our room to get ready (after listed check-in time) and when we got to the room it stank of cigarette smoke. They didn't understand us when we asked to be moved to another room and told us it was a no-smoking room. After finally realizing that we needed a new room that did not smell like smoke, they moved us to the 4th floor. We had a nice view of the pool and the shower was pretty good. The room itself felt like a nice 2-star or fair 3-star room. But a 4-star hotel room, it was not. It was pretty OK in some ways, but there was a bleak feeling to the old building.

Our stay at All Together Suite was INCREDIBLE!”

This was our favorite hotel experience we have ever had. The staff is simply incredible. The main clerk speaks good english and they are willing to do anything to make you happy. One day we asked for a good place to eat, and then returned to our rooms to read for a bit. Next thing you know we have a knock at our door. It was the main clerk with food and drinks for both of us free of charge. Obviously we tipped well for this incredible staff. The hotel is very clean. We were very impressed with our room. The bathroom was also very nice and very clean. They have a clean pool and a nice area to relax by the pool. We will stay here anytime we are in bangkok again. *Tip-They have hotel cards with the address at the front desk, make sure to take one and keep it with you. Many taxi drivers do not know the hotel by name. They can get you to the hotel very easy if you have the hotel card.

Lovely little hotel with very tentative staff”

Me and my son are travelling and have stayed in BK 4 times now. I decided to stay in an area which is a little more out of the way but with a more local experience. The hotel is down a side street. It's very pleasant, nice sized pool on the second floor. Clean rooms which are cleaned everyday if you click the maid service button. Fresh water and coffee. Buffet breakfast if you take with the room or pay 100bht otherwise. Food is tasty and not too expensive. Staff are really helpful and tentative. The cleaning ladies are really sweet. There is street food on the main street outside, and the locals are really friendly. They don't try to overcharge around here like tourist areas. Taxi's always on the meter. There are local buses and Bts train up the road. We like walking, so if you walk to the main street, take a left and cross over to the right side and keep walking to main traffic lights, take a right and follow the road up and right again, follow the road up then round staying to the right past some appartments that look you like they have crowns on the top (they should be on your left), you will come to Siam Niramit ...or continue to the end of that road and cross you'll see Big C etc.. continue up on the left to shopping malls and you'll find cinemas, ice skating etc... About 30min walk! It isn't close to main tourist attractions, but it depends on the experience you're looking for..Chatuchak and it's park is a train ride away.

Great if you don't care about front desk customer ”

It was fine but not without annoyances. This hotel appears to have one front desk person overnight, which isn't unusual for hotels, but he may or may not be available because he sleeps in a room/office behind the front desk. As of this writing, the man who occupies this overnight position is one I'd try to avoid contact with if I have to stay there again. He is moderately nice/tolerant of guests at check-in and throughout your stay as long as you don't ask much of him. Example? At one point when I continued to have trouble connecting to the internet from my room, and needed more help, shockingly, he walked away and said to me on his way to the elevator "I already help you" and turned his back and walked away. Truly unbelievable. Granted, this isn't a major international 4-star chain (despite they claim to be a 4 star property which they aren't), with service standards and formal customer service training for employees. But that is such a poor example of customer service that I can't even remember having a hotel staffer ever be so blatantly rude to me. I never have had a hotel staffer express direct annoyance at me for daring to ask for follow up questions and additional help. But that's exactly what happened at All Together Suite during my early December 2014 stay. Otherwise, the hotel offers decent value at 700 baht with nice, clean rooms.

Friendly and helpful staf”

I booked the room mainly because I needed to be in Bangkok for one night and I wanted to stay under 1000 Baht for a room with breakfast included. The main reason was that I wanted to have a swimming pool. The pool this hotel has is not big, but enough to relax and swim. Next MRT is about 20 minutes walk, which is ok by me, as I didn't carry a lot of luggage. But there are taxi's around the hotel available. It was quiet at night, there are convenience stores in walking distance and also a variety of restaurants. The best was the staf, because upon arrival we noticed that my booking was not for the night I planned, but somehow a week later (that happens if you are not careful with the bookingpage of Agoda, as the planner puts a date by itself and doesn't keep the date you originally plan. But the clerk at the check in called Agoda and they were very helpful and changed the date for me, so I didn't need to pay for an extra room that I wouldn't use anyway. Thanks a lot!

Happy as always”

We have stayed here 4 times previously so I thought I'd just add a few things. Myself and my son are budget backpackers. We usually stay in tiny rooms with nothing but a bed and a cold shower at the cost of 100-300bht. This is our little bit of luxury once in a while and we really enjoy it. Swimming pool, tv, lovely beds, big room, aircon, wifi, hot shower, clean room, and so cheap! We want to stay in a thai area because we want to meet thai people (we are in Thailand). We have always been safe outside. People always chat or smile with us, and food is 90p... It's cheap and not too hard to get anywhere! They will clean your room everyday! They knock to see if you are home, if you go out, just leave the cleaning light on! The cleaning ladies are super sweet and will always remember you if you smile at them. I think perhaps the lady on the front desk isn't always chirpy because she seems to work 7days a week. She's always been lovely to us. If you hate walking the '10' mins to the BTS Huai Khwang, then you can catch a songthaew/thai bus, across the street: No39. If you need to get to or from the airport, then catch the Huai Khwang BTS to Phetchaburi, then walk through to the airport link. (110thb, whole journey). If you are in Mochit north bus terminal(Chatuchak)or need to get there; the 136 bus will bring you to this area, 20thb, (outside Huai Khwang bts). The 136 also travels up to Central Plaza etc. Alternatively you can get to Mochit train terminal using the BTS Thank you as always :)

nice clean hotel in a good location”

The hotel is located very close to where I needed to be so it was very convenient for me. Quick check in and check out. Big breakfast, (not buffet). Free internet. As in other reviews the air conditioning did not get the room cold until it ran a few hours. This was hot season.

The good & the bad”

The room is big & spacious. Also, very well kept. The breakfast was quite decent. Staff is friendly. However, we got locked out of our room and had to spend the night in another. It took the mid of next day to open our room & transfer our things to the other room. Pretty much wasted that day waiting around. So, the value that I spent was not worth it especially all the trouble. Besides that I still recommend

Great place to stay at”

I stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Rooms are clean with a small balcony, beds are comfortable, except that the air con inside the room is dripping constantly. The swimming pool looks nice but the water is quite irritative to the eyes. You have to get the wifi password from the reception every few days and sometimes it's unstable. In terms of the location, you can get a motorbike taxi for 20baht to get you to the Huai Khwang MRT station exit 1. There's also multiple convenience stores within 5 mins walk. There's a superb (and cheap) fried rice shop and beef noodle shop just around the corner, and of cos many more. If you are into local food, this is the place for you.

I have nothing bad to say. Location is perfect for my meetings. Good room for a great price. Internet is not free. 50 Baht a day which is acceptable. I will stay there again.

hectic shopping, fun and kind staff”

We only stayed here for 2 days, but we really enjoyed the room and the staff. We didn´t have the time to see the pool and other hotel areas. The hotel is located in a very quite BKK area, it´s very peaceful and you can get a nice sleep. The staff is kind and the internet fast!

The hotel is well placed away from the daily traffic. Yet with cheap and easy access to the Huwai Khwang MRT and all your daily needs.

The hotel is quite good, the room is clean, the staff is warm and friendly, the bad things are not close to the MRT, you need to take the taxi from Huang Krwang MRT, I can't use the Wifi, when I stayed three days in there, I recommend the location, all the room charge is fairly reasonable!

Great room comfortable BUT t!!”

It was all good, i loved everything BUT the room is pretty hot.. not sure if it's the room layout, design but for me the air isn't that cold.

NICE AND CLEAN ROOMS”

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are spacious and beautifully done. But sometimes things like no hot water in shower possible. And the Air conditioner is not doings its job. If you can check with them that these are in order then this hotel is really value for money.

Happy at price I paid ”

The advertised crossed out price for this hotel I saw was 4000 baht per night. I paid the discounted price which came in at 750 baht. At this price I have no complaints but if i had paid the full price I would have expected much more from the room. However staff were very helpful and I was comfortable.

Overnight and breakfast were fine”

Just a quick visit - room was a little dated, but the price was good. Breakfast wassuitable without being fantastic.
