I was very pleased at the service provided by this hotel. They were warm and friendly. I also like the location of the hotel. It was not far from the monorail and at the center of the monorail line (7th station of a total 15 stations). In addition, the hotel was not far from Kokusai Street. The rooms were very clean and the onsen was quite spacious. Highly recommended to stay in Naha.

Good location and near the train station. Room is cleaned and comfortable. A bath spot is at the top floor. Very relaxing. Family Mart is beside the hotel. RYUBO Department Store is nearby the hotel. 5 minutes to Kumoji. It is very convenience. Will come again.

great all around. walking distance to everything i needed to visit, plenty of food options around (loved kumozaki izakaya just around the corner), very clean public bath and washing machines to boot. happy to stay here again!

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Kokusai dori, and convenient (paid) tower parking at the hotel if you're driving. Hotel was clean and the staff exceptional during my stay. I also enjoyed the spacious public bath and excellent lounge area with free drink bar (offering coffee, tea, and various cold beverages).

The stuff could’ve be able to speak English that help us very much. Even my Japanese is poor, they can understand what I said. Rooms will be clean everyday, the breakfast is also delicious, and the free taken ice bar.

Pleasant stay in downtown”
Good value for money, it is around 10 mins walk to the main street for shopping and restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable, and they offer free drinks in the common area on ground floor. The public bath is relaxing but is a bit crowded.

Really Perfect Hotel”
Location very near the monorail. Kokusai Dori (International Street) just in front where you can almost get everything there. good place to shop & eat. Staff very friendly. Facilities very good. They got public bath on top floor. I like the chill out area at the lobby there which there are drinks & books for you to sit & relax. Definitely will choose this hotel if i coming back to Okinawa.

Small but Awesome! ”
Positive - Staff friendly and can speak English - Strategic location, only 5 minutes from train station, family mart beside the hotel, Ryubo Department Store also beside the hotel and the famous Kokusai Street where all the shops and restaurants located is just nearby. - Breakfast is delicious - Restaurant converted into lounge from 2pm to 10pm where you can have unlimited free drink. Negative - The room very small, only possible to open 1 luggage at a time.

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel room is quite small, but was very worth it for the location. There is no parking or drop off in front of the hotel, so it's best to get dropped off by car at the back of the hotel near the parking garage. As well there is no airport shuttle offered, otherwise the hotel is great!

Very good location near to ODA department store which connected to 縣廳前 monorail station by footbridge. Facilities and furniture are new. Clean room and bedsheets, free public bath, will patronize again next time.

Nice 2 night stay at this hotel”
Hotel is at the start of the famous shopping/tourist street, and next to a department store. Also walking distance from the monorail station. Room is a bit small, but that is expected. We were not allowed to check in before the checkin time - but again, this seems to be standard practice across most hotels in Japan.

Loved the location! Close to naha bus station and walking distance 5 minutes to international street. Took taxi to airport was 10 minute ride. Was 10 minute walk to bus station. Breakfast was really nice lots of choices. Would recommend.

Hotel’s location is great! Near to the shopping mall, international street, and many food options nearby! Room is expected to be small so can’t complain about that. I like that hotel provides refreshments from 2-10pm and family mart is just next door if we needed anything.

Room and amenities were really clean! This hotel is very near to the train station and famous shopping street. The mall next to it has a pick up point for most day tours and even a straight tourist bus to american village and the aquarium! About 20 mins by train from the airport. Two convenient stores just outside the hotel. Machine money changer just 10 mins away.

Hotel location is great - easily accessible to the train station, convenience store and shopping street! The room is quite small though. But overall it is still quite comfortable to live in as it has all the essential things you need. Would be better if you can provide us with an option to adjust the water temperature in the onsen bath or make the room temperature colder, as it can be too hot for some people.
