Comparing this hotel to all the hotels on the same street, AM hotel is comparatively cleaner. The floor is carpeted, and the bathroom is clean. There is hot water too. However, the phone service isn't as good. I tried to contact them to request for towel via the provided WhatsApp customer service number. But no one came to serve me after 20 minutes of waiting. I had to go down to get the towel myself. Overall, I will still visit it, considering the location and price.

Looks like they really don’t clean up room. So dirty, and shower handle was broken. Also, very noisy because of car from next of hotel’s road, and you can’t have a deep sleep. And they will never give you new towel until you ask it at reception on site. Just don’t book it.

Very disappointed stay Room and bathroom are very dirty. No tissue paper or face towel. LOCATED IN RED LIGHT DISTRICT. Lots of bars and can be noisy at night. Prostitutes staying with guests. Definitely not recommend for couples and family.

A bit far on the east side, away from happening area. But nearby has some good place for food. Room consider big for the price, but quite far from MRT. Walking distance of 10-15mins. No desk light, as the room use warm light, so could be an issue if need to work in the room.

The hotel is easily avcessible by bus 24 from Changi airport. It is very near a commercial complex where the bus stop is located. At the complex, there are plenty of foods to choose from even at night. The hotel is clean, affordable and highly recommended!

To be honest, I’m really disappointed with the hotel room. Below are the reasons why you shouldn’t book this hotel: 1. There are COCKROACHES in the room!!! I have no idea why did I spend money to stay in room with COCKROACHES and I have to kill the cockroaches ON MY OWN!!! 2. The aircond has issue as well. It started to drip water out of a sudden and there’s no use to tell the staff because they just can’t do anything on stopping the aircond from dripping water… 3. The hotel doesn’t provide service for storing luggage before check in / after check out. I mean they did, but it’s just you leave your luggage simply ANYWHERE at the lobby, and the staff has no responsibility with your luggages :) 4. The fee for single room per night wasn’t cheap at all! I suppose with RM210/SGD70 per night, the service and the hotel room itself shouldn’t be like this. Read the review before you book any hotel, spend money wisely and spend money correctly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL. Thank you.
