Quite nice facilities, and very near Bencoolen Mall. Only complaint was about booking a car to airport for 5.30am. The front desk did not seem at all concerned when it was 15 minutes late. Fortunately, the hotel's early morning car attendant spotted a taxi driver sleeping in his car near the hotel, and woke him up to take us!

It is a good place to stay if you visit Bengkulu, near Bencoolen Mall and the beach, but it is a bit far from the city centre. Breakfast is OK with several choices of food and drinks. It is quite clean, but they should invest more on replacing the old towels and the pillow cases with the new ones.

Good Place to Stay”
Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are clean and staff is attentive. Breakfast was only ok. No Western food. WiFi is great. Pool is very small, really only for small kids. Top floors have a nice breeze and can see the ocean. Security Guards are awesome. My bike broke down as I pulled in once and they tried to help fix it, and then when we couldn't, they went and brought a mechanic from next door to fix it.

The hotel is great with reasonable rates. The location is just walking distance to the Mall and beach. The staffs are very helpful and breakfast is decent.

I am giving a reluctant recommendation. I had a quiet room with a nice view. The breakfast was reasonable and staff friendly. There is some good shopping nearby. The beach is a 5 min walk if you take the muddy back laneway. On the other hand... Housekeeping is poor. Walls and winows filthy in places. Someone left room service plate near elevator and it remained for more than thirty hours. They play Celine Dion and other soft rock all night in hallways!! Their rates are too high. Lots of staff grouped on front desk but they seem young and inexperienced. Restaurant food is good but service is negligible. Nice TV but why no English language news channel? Or even (I dream) an English language newspaper?
