This newly built 3 story building with mezzanine and well thought room is designed for your comfort and ideal for couples, business travellers, family or barkada getaway. Amazi Homestay is conveniently located near Robinsons Mall, Banks, Money-changer, restaurants, fast food chain, public transportation (Ceres&Jeepney Terminals), pharmacy and bakery within close walking distance where public transportation is easily available since it is along main road. It is easy to go around the city and other tourist attraction from this place. It is very spacious room where you can do yoga early in the morning plus comfortable beds with soft pillows. It is convenient for transient stay and relaxing experience at the city's most desired place.

-We require Php 1000 Security deposit (to be return upon check out) -Smoking inside the premises is NOT allowed. A penalty of 1,500 will be charged. -No Liquors, No drugs and No parties inside the property. -No pets allowed inside the property. -Check-in time is 2:00 pm-7:00 pm and check-out time 12 noon. Please contact host of your arrival time so we could arrange an assigned staff to assist you upon check in. -Early check in/late check out is subject to approval of the homestay if room is available. If room is available there is a early check in/ late check out fee of Php 150/hour -Keys must be returned upon check out. -We do basic cleaning of rooms only. Changing of linens and towels is done every after three days for long term stay or upon request. -No bringing of towels and slippers outside the premises -Lost towel charge Php 500 and very dirty towel Php 100 -We are happy to provide basic coffee and hygenic supplies for added convenience on your first day of stay. -Extra persons is charge Php 350. Children below 9 yrs. Old are free. -Lost or damaged key is charge Php 500- Php 1,800. -Charge on any hard stains found on blanket or towel is Php 1,000. -Charge on any stains found on beds and mattress is Php 1,000. -No visitors after 10 PM. Please inform host the name and time of visit. -Kindly keep the main entrance door closed all the time. -This is an environment friendly space. Please switch off TV, air-conditioner, lights and faucet when not in use. -Please put TV and aircon remote controls in the proper place before check-out. -For Rubbish disposal, please use the trash bin that is located inside the room. No throwing of toilet papers, napkins & etc in the toilet.

No elevator and steep climb up stairs. If you are in shape and fit then not problems. Rooms were very nice. Had TV, nice CR. Front desk lady was very sweet. Super close to Shopping mall. No restaurant or coffee shop but there is right next door at tip top hotel. Best of both worlds.

Great value for the room price”

3 beds and a spacious room, with basic amenities such as free water, coffee, electric kettle, and also free parking space. The place is clean and comfortable. One caveat: there's live music playing on a neighboring place which you can slightly hear inside the room -- but it ends at 9 pm, so this is a very minor concern.

We hope you had a comfortable stay. Amazi Homestay has 24/7 CCTV monitoring in place. Also, our front desk staff is available at 8am-7pm daily. After 7 pm and before 8 am, it will be the host or owner who will assist you during check in or any concerns during your stay. You may contact us thru Agoda platform or a number is provided in the room. Key for the main door is also provided to guests since main door is automatic locked and only guests are allowed to enter into the property. Hope this helps!

We were always on the run during our stay here. On our first day, we asked of we can extend for an hr on our last day, the staff told us YES. However, on our last day, we were such in a hurry since they said we can't extend even just for an hr. But still, we want to recommend this place since it's very accessible.
