Enjoyable, if more rules were kept”

It&#39;s not the first time we go to this hotel, we try to return there as often as we can for long weekends. So obviously we like the hotel and the facilities
What I don&#39;t like is that the hotel misunderstands the &quot;our customer, our owner&quot; mentality: in order to please a few clients, it ruins the experience of the many. 1. There were too many clients smoking in the food area by the pool, despite the fact they should only smoke in designated remote areas 2. There were too many toddlers stark naked. I wish there would be a policy requiring nappies and swimsuits for all kids, I was fed up with the many naked children butts I was encountering. When will this mania of tanning your kid stark naked will end? 3. I wish there were a stronger policy about children not shouting and screaming and jumping incessantly in the outside pool (or the inside swimming one). I do want to relax for the money I pay, and all the &quot;mommy&#47;daddy, look at me&quot; screaming was really too much and totally out of control

Wide variety of delicious foods, outdoor and indoor pools, spacious room and common use areas. Fortunately there was animator for kids, what we really appreciated!
One elevator is not enough for all the rooms. Minor inconvenience: you can&#39;t plug USB stick into TV, so the kids watched movie on mobile device.

Staff was truly excellent. Every one we have met was kind, attentive, very polite. I would especially highlight Tibor at the reception. Good variety of food. Nice pool area. Additional services (massage, bowling) at very good price for value.

This is a spa hotel, very good value for the price. The spa was not full at all, it was really relaxing. The food was really good as well.
We arrived on a Friday evening, and the restaurant personnel was missing one (maybe two) experienced members. Drinks arrived really late, much after we consumed our meal. This was a one-time event though - all other occasions were great.

A real pleasant stay for a short visit.”

The food service is exceptional. Great tastes, various choices and enough food for everyone. The design is modern, pleasant to anyone&#39;s eyes. The bar and restaurant staff is flexible, patient even with larger groups and helpful.
The rooms are too hot and one cannot adjust the temperature level from the room. The elevator is not reliable, should have some serious maintenance. The additional service of Sauna Seans is far from business oriented: they don&#39;t even ask the guests if they would join that, but the responsible person decides an hour before its start that he&#47;she leaves the property because there were not enough bookings...

The hotel is dirty, especially the part where the pool and spa centar. In the pictures everything is beautiful, but in reality it is not. The staff have poor knowledge of English. for a night of 155 euros for two, you can find a lot better.

Great 4 star hotel with not so great saunas”

The room was modern, tidy, clean and spacious. The staff was helpful. The meals were great. Free parking is also a good thing. There is a bowling alley within the hotel. :) The room and the restaurant were at a lewel of a 4 star hotel.
Pools and saunas are not in the ranking of 4 star hotel. The space between saunas is messy and should be better maintained.

We wanted to relax and sleep in peace, and we got a room near the bowling alley ..., a nightmare.
Hotel rooms need restoration, carpets are worn and dirty. The bathroom does not have a protective curtain for bathing . There is mold around the rubs tub and there is tartar on the ceramic tile on the wall. Saunas are neglected and there is no culture for the spa area. Guests enter the sauna with bathrobes with bathing suits, horror.

Big room, comfortable &amp; big bed, spacious swimming pool area (inside &amp; outside), wellness &amp; spa -&gt; good massage, friendly personnel at reception &amp; restaurant. Severeal buffet - dinner choices and varieties over the days we spent in the thotel. We wanted a relaxing vacation and the hotel was perfect for that.
not all personnel spoke English (majority of guests was Hungarian) and written instructions were not in English (elevator, spa &amp; wellness info) but they were friendly trying to help you. Beds along the swimming pool were not too comfortable (plastic)

Nice and quiet Hotel. A lot of nice pools (indoor and outdoor) and a bowling, so very nice for children. The food (buffet) was pretty OK. We really liked this hotel.
It&#39;s sometimes hard to communicate with the staff. Most of them only speek Hungarian and a very little bit of English or German. The staff was very helpful though, so no complaints about that.

We had a pleasant stay there, with friendly staff, good food and beutiful nature nearby.”

The area is beautiful, forests and lakes all around. Staff is very friendly. The outside pool is family friendly. We had a dog with us and we could have our meals together at the terrace.
The traffic of the road just in front of the hotel building. It can be dangerous to get in or out of the car parking there, especially with luggages.
