I stayed here for 3nights booked through agoda got a very reasonable price. We had a spa suite which is with outstanding interior and totally new and of course Ecological. The views are amazing and the couche on the balcony is very comfy. The minibar is free for first day coke, beer, soda, water, tea & coffee. This hotel is not really a 5 star but when you enter, from the start to the end you will feel the royalty and luxury. I have made a good choice on my trip. The spa is something very unique and different concept. The salt room is one my favourite part where I had a 1 hour meditation session and it was something life changing experience. They also Swimming pool is a good place to relax and enjoy the happy hour cocktails and organic juices and smoothy. They have vegan food restaurant just next to the Ecological farms use their fresh vegetables and herbs, real organic food 100%. All of the staff members are asset of the hotel. Attentive, smiling faces and all day greetings. Here we encounter the Gm JJ he is the very friendly and helpful person who ensures that we will have good stay and yes we had it. Thank you ANANA Ecological staff and JJ keep up the good work. We will see you next time soon.

My stay at Anana Krabi”

I would say Anana has provided a quality service to me and my girlfriend, the environment was chill and nice (except the shuttle bus was very limited) but getting tutu to the Ao Nang Beach is around 200 baht. The service at Anana was up to point and I would like to especially thank Rut and Ree for their service, with their warm greetings and helpful advice I had a great time at Krabi, e.g. they will tell us where is the best place to get local food and they would call tutu and communicate with the driver for us. We had a great experience at Anana for 6 days.

The hotel is a dream”

We visited in December looking for a quiet stay and something a little different. Anana was a dream. The Eco mission was great to learn more about. Some companies talk Eco as a marketing spin, but Adana truly exuded healthy and sustainable living. Everything from the morning breakfast to the pool, to the electric car and also the vegan restaurant and farm. This hotel is good for the soul and our planet. Thank you. During our stay, we were stayed in a spa room which was stunning. The room was modern, comfortable and spacious. The bathtub was luxurious and I enjoyed sipping fresh coffee looking out to the cliffs of Ao Nang. Beyond the room, we relaxed in the gorgeous outdoor pool and also made use of the gym, sauna and the private beach. The level of detail was excellent and the service provided to us was 11/10. We were cared for at breakfast and offered the opportunity to visit the local area using the Eco friendly fleet of vehicles available. In particular, Johan was the most dedicated and professional hotel manager we have ever met. He organised everything for us and ensured our stay was everything and more...he asked if we had a favourite food type and then offered to organise food delivery and set up a romantic setting on the garden rooftop for sunset. Wow! Johan thank you so much. We will be back. Anana's vision for tourism is inspiring.

Great hotel if looking for a quiet place”

We stayed five nights at Anana to get over our jet lag and relax. It was perfect for this purpose. The hotel is a bit secluded surrounded by green area (only 5 mins fromAo Nang beach with a tuktuk ). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful (special thanks to Peter and Johan) and arranged a crib for our baby as well as helped clean our baby bottles. The pool area is very clean and nice. The main restaurant serves excellent thai food. Price is above average but so is the food. Watching the sunset from the rooftop bar is an exceptional experience. There are free shuttles going to and from Ao Nang several times every day which takes 5 minutes.

Lovely eco-friendly hotel with great hospitality”

Lovely hotel with great hospitality. We were only there for one day and would have loved to spend a longer time there. The room is spacious and clean. It was definitely nice for Anana to provide complimentary coke, soda water and beer in the room. Location is perfect if u want a break from the beach and downtown shopping. Quiet and peaceful. There is regular shutter bus service from the hotel and Aoa Nang town if u decided to grab some shopping/ dinner in town. Overall very nice experience and will definitely want to revisit during my next visit to Krabi😉

Our 3D2N-stay in Anana Resort is awsome and worth it. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They always greet us and wear a big smile whenever they come accross with the guest/(s). It stands out most for us because we feel very welcome and it’s like we’re at our own home. We would like to commend Ms Pat, their manager who is very caring and kind. To Rut in frontdesk, for being so helpful. To Sae of FnB and his team for being so professional and with excellent service. To the jolly and kind driver Alan and to the rest of the staff. They really did a good job in caring and providing a VERY GOOD SERVICE to their guests. The amenities are modern and all are perfectly planned and founded. Everywhere is clean and very pleasing in the eyes. Our room was very cozy and the vibes of it promotes relaxation and tranquility. All in all our stay is worthwhile. Anana Resort is worth to come back to.

Nice for the wife. ”

We had a nice three night stay here. Was thankful it didn’t rain a drop even though it was the rainy season. My wife like Anana better than the first hotel we stayed in Ao Nang before coming here. What took a little away from the stay was a few things. I like to be able to walk around the pool area in my bare feet everywhere when I’m on holiday, but there were some parts of the walkway around the pool that were so hot, it burned my feet. Some parts of the walkway had a matting down along it, and some parts didn’t. Also the few steps leading from the pool to the pool bathrooms were metal mesh and uncomfortable to step on. The drink I received after the foot massage was piping hot and I burned my mouth when first started to drink it. It would of been nice to be told that it was very hot ! The WiFi in our pool view room on the 5th floor wasn’t as strong as the other hotel we came from and it was slow and difficult to download the days pictures in text messages and websites in the evenings. We never received the complementary cocktail because it was limited to 6-7pm and it was never convenient for us at that time. Being able to have it anytime and especially at the pool would have been so much nicer. I would ask for it at other times, but was always told “6-7 only”. There were some communication shortcomings with a few staff members at times.. It would of been better if the Mexican Restaurant was open for lunch since eating options at the resort are limited......But other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Some of the staff really went out of there way to make things special for my kids, all the good at the hotel was really good in the restaurant, at the pool, at the Mexican Restaurant. The foot massage was great, the complementary mini bar, the roof top lounge and yoga. The pool was nice and the people that worked at the pool bar, the music there. Breakfast was so nice. The room was nice, clean and comfortable with a nice balcony, though it would of been nice

Pros: 1. Quiet and secluded 2. Beautiful view 3. Small farm which is lovely 4. Everthing is freshly made at breakfast, even the jam. They also have non dairy options and muesli. 5. Cosy and comfortable 6. Friendly and helpful staff 7. They offer free 15min foot massage and a free cocktail for your first visit 8. They offer free morning yoga classes. They also offer afternoon yoga classes for 500baht and other fitness classes. 9. Himalayan salt room in the spa and they have salt yoga class once a week. 10. Private beach (offsite) 11. Free shuttle bus to the private beach and to Ao Nang 12. They provide a beach bag with beach towels in each room which I thought was a nice touch. 13. Modern, clean, cosy, minimal design. Cons 1. Quiet but you will hear a rooster throughout the day and it may wake you. 2. Secluded so it means you will need to take the shuttle or a tuktuk to Aonang for the atm, foreign exchange, 7 eleven etc. The shuttle bus isn't very frequent and stops around 6 or

The hotel is very good! ”

The room is very new and clean! The location is a little bit far from the main street but hotel provides shuttle bus to the beach and back. We took SPA studio for one night and the experience was very good! The buffet breakfast was also nice. It has Thai and western choices. And hotel staffs are very helpful and smiley, especially the general manager! She is kind and friendly to come and talk with guests on breakfast time. It’s very good way to get feedback from guests directly. We would like to go back again next time when we travel to Ao Nang.

Nicely done New Resort in a Hinterland Location. ”

Modern fresh facilities. Peaceful Location with semi Rural Outlook. Nice for a quiet stay at the Hotel and for a casual bush walk and hang around the pool and hotel itself. But to stay there one would need.a car to also see the sights of AO Nang and the local town of Krabi and its beaches which are more than a away from the Hotel.

I was sad to leave”

If you’re hesitating booking because of the distance to the beach, don’t. There is a shuttle that leaves every hour that can bring you to a beach. When you are tired of the beach, Anana is the perfect quiet escape. The pool is the best hotel pool I’ve ever seen(including Marina Bay Sands in Singapore)! There are so many pros to spending time here. There are so many little details that you will appreciate: Complimentary glass water bottles Breakfast menu that changes every day Food is all home made Morning yoga on roof Staff is beyond friendly (ex: when we arrived back from an excursion they ran out with an umbrella so we didn’t get wet from taxi to lobby!) Their soaps smell amazing Their fair trade organic coffee is delicious (buy some of you can!) WiFi is reliable The overall green philosophy Again the staff and management are so friendly. They all came out and waved at us as our taxi was going down the street. It literally brought tears to my eyes. I’ll be back!

Lovely getaway from it all atmosphere.”

Accommodation is done to a very good standard inside and out. Ao Nang is 10 mins car ride away but at Anana you feel like you are deep in nature. Lovely staff and stylish rooms. What else do you want?

Great hotel and Pool”

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is new so clean and the pool was really nice and clean. Hotel is about 25-30 minute walk to Ao Nang beach and also a very dark walk so you would need to take a taxi or the shuttle at night however shuttle service ends at 8. We enjoyed our stay however found the location out of the way and the shuttle times were very inconvenient.

A new hotel near Krabi”

Brand new hotel with excellent facilities very near to the Pier to Railay. Shuttle to Krabi and the beach. The hotel is very cautious to environment and grows its own organic vegetables across the street. Very nice and clean swimming pool. Rich breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff.

Stunning views, beautiful details, and friendly staff”

This place was so special that I almost do not want to review it for fear that too many people will start going ;). It is about 4 months old and they are still working on some of the things they hope to offer but overall our stay was flawless. Convinent pick up and airport drop off. Breathtaking views from the decks and the infinity pool. Food was fresh, thoughtful and healthy (breakfast and dinner). Their lunch menu could use a bit of work and I would not suggest the pizza but everything else was perfect. Delicious cocktails and HH by the pool from 4:30-5:30. Didn't get a chance to try their yoga or workouts but hope to return since the setting is just magic. Also it is eco-friendly so no one time use plastics and conscious details throughout the rooms/property. Also if you are a family or group of friends, they have connected rooms as well!

Disappointed with some action made by staff at the hotel”

We came for the first time to Ao Nang. We chose Anana after we made survey on reviews about this place from the internet. To be honest, the place is beautiful and the facilities is all good. But a little bit disappointment for us, on our last night at Anana. Our last day, we decided to extend our stay at Anana. But thinking of we only will stay until 5 A.M, plus all of the day we we’re outside for island hopping about 8 hours, we just extend for one room only. So, at night we were told that we can’t stay by four persons in one room. But we only want to overnight until 5 A.M. Very disappointing, because you can’t even trying to understand our situation, tiredness, and our difficulties not having transport on our last day. Hopefully, there will be some improvement on how you treat people with no experience at all on that place.

Exceptional”

A lovely hotel with a great pool area, away from the crowds of Ao Nang but a 10 minute shuttle to the beach. Ideal for those who want the option to get away from it all. We wanted to stay longer and keep enjoying the pool views!

Anana - not like any other resort”

This is truly a lovely boutique hotel. They recently opened and clearly are passionate about customer support. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. Pat, the manager at the resort, was absolutely amazing. She kept checking on us to see if we were having a great experience and even had recommendations for what to do once we left for other Thai cities. Definitely a 5-star experience.
