WONDERFUL LOCATION”

THATS REALLY AWESOME RESORT IN PHUKET, ESPECIALLY MY WIFE LIKES MOST . PATONG BECH JUST ABOUT OUR BALCONY. AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES FANTASTIC. SEA FOOD MARKET JUST AROUND THE RESORT CORNER. OVERALL ITS FABULOUS.

I wanted a beach view hotel and every where was pricey. I saw a good deal on agoda where I got 30% off so I pulled the trigger. The hotel is across the road from the beach so while you can still see the beach some of the view is blocked by trees so be warned. But other than that it was a fantastic stay. Anona exceeded my expectations. I stayed at the ocean suite. The room was clean, spacious and the aircon was cool. The bed and pillows were super soft . Definitely had a good sleep after too many late nights. Shower was warm and specious. If you don’t mind splurging a bit, definitely worth it!

Won't Recommend - Jacuzzi Suite”

In my opinion, the hotel was over-rated and it was really a disappointing stay for us at Anona Beachfront. I booked a Jacuzzi Suite 2 nights stay and here are my verdicts: 1. the Jacuzzi room is weirdly layout. a. The bathroom and toilet are separated, which was a good thing. However, there was nowhere, not even a hook to hang towels, bathrobe, or clothing in the bathroom, which means you have to get out the bathroom to change out. There is a ledge/seatee inside the bathroom but expect to let it get wet. b. There are 2 bath shower heads – Rain shower and spray head. Both are again separated at about 1.5m away. One has to turn-on the water tap at the Rain shower head and pull the spray head stretching your arms apart. 2. The jacuzzi pump is weak and the water was yellowish, yet we were told the color of the water is normal. We ended up only used once. 3. There is very minimum toiletries provided in the room. There are Body gel, hair shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer. There was NO toothbrush, shaver nor anything more, which are basic in most hotels we stayed. 4. We were told smoking is allowed at the balcony but there were no chairs and ash-tray at the balcony. 5. The highest floor is #3 and the so-called seaview is fully blocked by trees. Means, there is no sea views at all. Due to the low floor, it can be rather noisy from the bar downstairs. 6. Wifi signal is weak. Even the TV channels are limited and flickers most of the time. We felt over-paid for the room type when we hardly use the Jacuzzi. There could be better option for the price paid. Very disappointed.

Great location, so-so room”

Patong beach front stay, close to night markets, Patong beach night life scene, jungceylon. Breakfast was very weak didn’t have much option, better to go get elsewhere considering price and quality. Recc. The coffee club down the street The rooms had such a strong musky perfume smell that couldn’t be fanned away, the lights were very dim, the wifi didn’t work, bathroom was unstocked and dirty.

Stayed there for two nights. The hotel is very clean. Staff was very friendly and the location was great. Would recommend this hotel to my friends. Awesome hotel for great price

I had a good time staying there. All the facilities are good and clean. Just walk 10 meters from the hotel to the beach. A bit noisy from surrounding bars in this area at early evening time but thats fine inside the room.

No-Frills hotel located at the heart of patong”

Anona is strategically located at the heart of Patong and makes it very convenient for first-time travellers to explore the main areas. The room was spacious and well maintained. They also had Netflix available. The carpet in our room was slightly dirty and the service staff had a difficult time understanding and acceding to our requests. (Due to the language barrier) Breakfast was frankly pretty terrible. Otherwise, value for money!

My first room which was facing the pool has a bad smell. As soon as I requested to change room, the staff ensure that I get a better one. Though my second room was facing the construction next door, I didn’t really mind it as I see a bit of the ocean. The room is also very clean and the AC is working well. The breakfast that was included was also wonderful, and so is the manager there who speaks to each guests and ensure that everything is good. The location of this hotel is also very convenient. It is right across the beach and also a 10 minute walk to Bangla Road. Overall, I would stay here again!
