Acceptable but not great”
Coin laundry and parking available, which was a plus. The hotel was okay for a one night stay, especially at this low price. The toilet is really small, and had a little bit of a strange smell that makes it seem unclean. The front desk staff could have showed more initiative - they just watched from behind the counter as two women struggled with large luggage and at least 3 other bags each.

Horrible mattress ”
Great location, the bathroom was different from the pic shown and it was ridiculously tiny but the worst was the uneven mattress and I couldn’t have a good night of sleep.

the bathroom was outdated and cramped. bed was very small and in an inconvenient place. whole room was just small for the price. location was okay not too far from the station and the staff were nice to hold luggage

The staff speaks English. Very approachable. Rooms are very clean and check in was very smooth. They gave my special request and good value for money! Ill be staying here again when I visit Hamamatsu.

Quiet even though located close to the Hamamatsu train station”
This hotel was easy to find after checking at the tourist office in the train station.It is under 10 minutes walk from there. The room and bed was quite small and the bathroom adequate for our 7 night stay but everything clean.There is a coin operated laundry on the 2nd floor and a restaurant near reception which we did not use. There is a very nice walk to be had along a nearby canal-ducks, turtles and a chance to practice your "hellos" with the local walkers.There is a 7/11 a minutes walk away and a big suoermarket located on a lower floor in the train station(one of many)The staff were friendly but reception was quite often busy with check-ins. It seems this is a popular hotel.

Very affordable price and excellent breakfast”
The hotel is close to restaurants and there is a convenience store nearby. The parking is just a walk away from the hotel but you have to pay ¥800 yen for the parking fee. The beds were clean and very comfortable too. Although the room was quite small including the toilet, we had a good night sleep and that is very important for us. The breakfast was a buffet style and it served many food very cheap for its price. It had everything from soup to fruits and salads. Complete breakfast indeed and we were all very satisfied with it.

Fine for a budget hotel”
This hotel is located a short walk from the train stations and central shopping area. My room was very small, but I would expect this for the price in Japan. The staff were friendly. The area was noisy on the nights that I was there. People were yelling and the trains were loud when they went past.
