The hotel is well situated, very clean and the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. As we were in Kumamoto for RWC 2019 we did not fully utilize the hotel facilities but we would definitely stay again.

Cheap accommodation with good access”
Although the room was very tiny, I would say that it was indeed a very cheap accomodation. The hotel has a small onsen inside as well. However the parking space is way too far from the hotel. It is good for a night stay though.

The location is good. Facility old but okay. Room is really really really small. BUT the “smoking-type” room is terrible ! I don’t smoke but I don’t have choice(reception told this is the only room available). I thought it would be ok since usually I can stand ppl smoking near me. But this room was like soooooo smoky I cant even breathe. And after I came back to Tokyo, all my luggage smells smoky....clothes towels everything. Too bad. And the breakfast is also not value for money, with 1200 yen u can actually get pretty nice food outside but in APA, nooooo.

We were a group of 17 people coming to Kumamoto for the Rugby World cup. The location of the hotel is great near the center and of course the Fanzone. Unfortunately the room were tiny and very few of the staff were speaking any english. Apart from that we had a wonderful time in Kumamoto

Low Cost, Great Service”
The service was great when I stayed there for a night at Kumamoto. The rooms are great, much bigger than what I have imagined. I find it super convenient. You are not loving in the busiest part of town so there was no horrible traffic and you are half way between Kumamoto Station and the center of the city. It's easy to get around to places via both public transit or on foot.

Good Location, Good Room, Good Price”
Although the hotel is not near JR Kumamoto station, but it's very close to tram station, so it's very easy to access. It's near 7-11 and Family Mart. The room's arranged in good conditiion with fully amenities. But the Wifi signal isn't quite stable. At the lobby, there is ice machine to use for free locates beside drink machine. The staff is very helpful. It's very reasonable price. Totally it's very good !

Budget and reasonable”
Hotel is not too far from the tram station and just 10 minute by walk to Kumamoto castle. Staffs are friendly but difficult to communicate in English (staff at day time will be effective but at night need to speak slow with short word to be understand). Room is small but comfy (reasonable with price that I've paid), full amenity (very surprise). this hotel is best for budget traveler not for elder that need more space and service. ** there are no food store nearby, then you should buy from outside before back to the hotel.**

I stay 2 nights at this hotel.It's frist hotel in japan of my trip.It's very private,ok for relax time.close and easy for travel in kumamoto,jr kumamoto,sunroad,kumamoto castle,suizenji park and easy go to Aso mount. very good for stay again

Very close to shopping centre and food street. Hotel very clean and the room is big with modern design. The price also very reasonable. I totally going to stay this hotel again when I visit Kumamoto.

Nice service, neat and warmth ”
The staff there were very attentive and friendly. The room was very small but very neat. The bed was so comfortable to sleep. The hotel was quite hard for me to find cos it is located in an alley but it is near the shopping malls and the Kumamoto traffic centre. The spa was quite small and lack of facility and you might feel a bit disappointed if u are spa lover but what do you really expect with a very economic price. Generally, I would love to choose this hotel again if I got there once again in the future .

Very good budget hotel to explore the city”
Hotel is great - like all the APA hotels - small rooms but very new and ultra clean. Internet is very fast and staff is really professional. Very good price. It is only a 10-15 min walk to the castle and about the same to the arcade area with many cafes and restaurants to try the local delicacies.

Like the other APA hotels, this one is good with all the typical amenities and an onsen. The bathroom smelled better too than other branches. It's quite close to the bus station and te staff is helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel”
This hotel is situated close to the Bus terminal. Stayed here for sightseeing. I only stayed for one night so didnt have much time to see what was around the hotel. Good location for seeing Kumamoto Castle.

Best place for stay in Kumamoto”
The hotel is easy to find while you were walking. It is very close to bus terminal, shopping center and city park. You can easily find several convenient stores at the surrounding. Eventhough the hotel is near to public places but it is comfortably located at quiet area. The staffs were also very nice.
