The hotel location is very good, right in the middle of night life activities. It is just 5 minutes walk from Shizuoka station. The room os a bit small, but very comfortable... i will stay next once be in Shizuoka.

As you said, our hotel is located in the center of Shizuoka, near the Shizuoka station and there are lots of restaurants and shops around here. It's quite convenient. We are so happy to hear that you liked our bed and pillow. Our bed is our original for APA HOTEL, and it's called "Cloud Fit". The bed is nice and soft, just like on the cloud, so you can sleep well. The only set back is that the air con is not turn on during the spring time in April and that makes the room very stuffy and quite hot..I have to borrow a small fan from my Japanese friend to use as hotel doesn't provide it.

Good price, value for money, quiet”
Location is not far from Shizuoka station but quite difficult to find. Room size is in Japanese standard, not too small. The bed is soft and comfortable and I think that it is big for one person, bigger than other hotels. One thing I do not like is that there is step between bedroom and restroom as it is not much convenient for me. There are two kinds of bread and coffee provided for free in the morning but they are not my favor. Overall is good.

大浴場がないアパもあるのね。 よく調べない自分が悪いのですが、ちょっと残念でした。家族で二部屋お願いして、当初は別棟の案内でしたが、スタッフさんが同じ棟の同じフロアに変更していただきました。ご配慮ありがとうございました。

朝食つきプランでしたが朝食は3種類の丼から選べて山かけネギトロ鮪丼を注文する際にとろろが食べれないのでかけないでほしいと伝えると了承してくれました。ネギトロ丼でしたが美味しかった。定員さんの優しさに感謝です。ご飯もおかわり自由で良かったです。ありがとうございます。

静岡観光で２泊しました。”
モーニングのどんぶり飯が美味しかった。VODで孤独のグルメを観ながら寝落した。枕は、柔らかめと硬めがあって、選べて良かった。ユニットバスのカーテンも臭わなかった。 強いて言うなら、もう少しユニットバスとトイレをしっかり清掃してほしい、隅っこや溝が気になります。 エアコン付けたら少し臭かった。なので窓開けて、湯上がり涼んだ。 アメニティは文句なし。お掃除もう少し頑張って下さい。 でも、8割方快適でした。フロントの方達も感じなかったです。

今回、滞在中に停電がありました。 非常事態で色々あるとは思いますが、宿泊者の安否を心配する姿勢が全くなかった。こういった事態にどう対応するのか日頃から訓練された方がいいかと思います。フロアーに閉じ込められ、何も分からない中で何のアクションもなく不安な一夜を過ごしました。
