Apartelle Jatujak Hotel is one of those hotels you will not consider if quick access to MRT or BTS dominates your preferences. However, if you are not in any rush and take the time to enjoy your trip in Bangkok, then this hotel could be your choice. This hotel will require you to walk 12 to 15 mins from MRT Phahon Yothin when returning. You can choose to walk towards Tesco Lotus and from the end of the building cut through the carpark to the hotel. Alternatively, you may wish to enjoy the local favors by walking along the street back to the hotel. There is always an available Taxi at the MRT for a fare of 50 THB. The hotel does provide a free shuttle to the MRT whenever you choose to leave the hotel. The staffs are friendly, helpful and reacted to request when called upon. My room towel rack has fallen off and they send someone knocking on my door as soon as I put down the phone. On an overall, this hotel deserves a 5-star rating and my visit again should I ever come to Bangkok.

I had a pleasant stay at Apartelle Jatujak Hotel. Location is quite far from attractions, but good if you wish to have some quality rest/quietness (the closest MRT station is Union Mall, which is about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel). Everything was sparkling clean, exactly like how you see from the photos. Late check-in/out was straightforward. My only complaint was the air conditioner, which looks like new but it kept making this strange noise. Overall great value for the price (comparing to most hotels in Bangkok).

Super clean, nicest staff ever (they smiled and tried to speak to you in your own language), great location if what you need are Jatujak Market, Central Ladprao, Tesco and Union Mall, walking distance to underground station or they even give you a lift! Free snacks (ramen, peanuts ... )from 8am to 11pm! I visit Bangkok twice a year for Jatujak shopping and I had stayed at Centara only till I found this new hotel, never Centara again, 3 *Apartelle price and you got a stinky stone bed!

Spacious room - free shuttle to the Union Mall”

We felt like we were staying in a 4-star hotel at a small price. The room smell nice and clean. The hotel has no breakfast service but provide all-day free snack, noodle cup, cereal with milk, and coffee (machine). And there are plenty restaurants and street food stalls within 10 mins walk. It also near the Union Mall, Central Plaza Ladpraw, and Jatujak Market. They have free shuttle service (just ask at the reception) from the hotel to the Union Mall and from there you can connect to the MRT train. Will come back again.

Clean room, friendly staff, good lounge”

The hotel is located near Jatujak market, which is a bit far from city center (20-30min by car). Our main purpose of the trip was to shop at jatujak and commute to everywhere else via taxi/grab, so it was fine. Staff were friendly with fluent English, and the free shuttle to Tesco and Union mall was also very convenient. Room was clean and the bed was comfy enough. However the water pressure at the sink/basin was a bit weak. Overall, very satisfied.

1st time trying out staying at different area instead of Pratunam. It wow us . The location its quiet to stay but yet convenient. Hotel provides buggy or car services to drop BOTH at BTS outside Union mall and MRT next to Tesco Lotus. Outside Union mall these is alot if food choices and massage centres and hair salon too , the area not much tourists so very relax to stay. Staff was super friendly and very efficient to solve any query and help we required. The room we stay at 205 coz aircon very noisy on our 1st night when cold so 2nd day changed to 405 was a good night sleep for two nights. Room has balcony to hang clothes But not for smoking! I love the hotel strict policy no smoking as we are not smokers. Toliet was big and bed was comfortable. very spacious cupboard to use and fridge was a good size too. Our only complaint was the washing machine was pre set to 1 RINSE only after a 18 min wash , The whole washing cycle cost 40baht and takes an hour but ONE RINSE it's really no go. The clothes dryer works very well 20baht can dry a whole load of clothes under HIGH heat for half hour. Thanks APARTELLE for making my stay so wonderful.

Amazing Hotel”

The good things about this hotel is reasonable price and you get more what you have pay for. Nice hotel with a good decoration. Every rooms can access to the hotel lounge where you can have hot and cold drinks with some snacks that the hotel provided for all hotel guests. The bed was a King Size and very comfortable. The bathroom was good size, with a walk-in shower. Toiletries were of good quality. The hotel located closed to Phahonyothin MRT Station Exit Union Mall ( Hotel Shuttle bus can take you to MRT which is convenient ) ( first arrive i would recommend to take a taxi so you would know where the hotel is and where do shuttle drop off and pick up area Highly recommended for a stay in Bangkok

Nice place outside the hustle-and-bustle of the city”

As my title suggests, this newish boutique hotel is located outside of the city centre, in the general chatuchak area. It is nested within private housing and the activities and street food stalls lie about a 5 min drive away. Free shuttle service is a great, but necessary perk, as the hotel is quite far from the MRT station. BTS station is nearer if you learn to cut through TESCO lotus. To get to MRT, use the shuttle service and ask to be dropped at Union Mall which is at the station exit. Only drawback about the shuttle is that the operation time is quite restrictive (i.e. on weekends they end service at 7pm). Hotel itself is a nice boutique outfit with 6 floors. Cleaning can definitely be improved. I stayed 6 days and the floor was never swept/vacuumed. Thankfully, towels and water were replenished daily, the bed was made and toilet was cleaned daily. Large fridge and balcony in the room are plus points. Staff was friendly and welcoming the whole stay. Overall, a nice place!

This hotel is located at Lad Prao area, so it is not in the central Bangkok. Getting to the central Bangkok would take a while. But if you are just going to the Ladprao area, it shouldn't be a problem. There is two malls within the walking distance - Union Mall and Central Plaza Ladprao. Both malls are around 15 - 20mins walk. The hotel however provide shuttle to the malls / BTS from 9am to 7pm. The location can be a bit confusing as it is inside the small lanes (our Grab drivers is always getting lost) I was amazed by this hotel. The staffs always checks on you if you need a lift to the BTS. In the room, there is a sofa and even balcony! Beside that, on the second floor, there is a pantry / lounge. It is filled with snacks and instant noodles for free. Also, there is a coffee machine and microwave for you to heat up your food. The pantry is open from 8.30am till 11pm. I literally enjoyed my stay here! Will stay here again if I were to visit Lad Prao area again.

Best hotel by far staying in Bangkok. They provide each room with their own router ( personal Wi-Fi not sharing type ). They have a lounge that provide free cup noodles, light snack, coffee machine etc. Friendly staff that are easy to communicate with English, room is very comfortable, clean toilet, king size bed, small balcony, a sofa in each room, small kitchen cabinet ( with washing basin ). At this price, it's really hard to find in Bangkok. Would DEFINITELY coming back here.

My second stay here! Both times I stayed in different rooms, I really like the both of them! Really pretty rooms! Moving around bkk is also really easy, they have a free buggy service from hotel to MRT so it’s very convenient for guests!! Plus it’s very near to chatuchak weekend market!! There’s also a common area where u can get some light snacks, drinks, and instant noodles. Just a very nice hotel in general!! Will prolly be coming back for a third stay 😁

This is the 2nd time I am staying at this hotel and for 3 nights. I particularly booked this hotel again despite many other choices in Bangkok due to various reasons, namely, it is located in a quiet Soi and yet near to Tesco Lotus and the new BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, walking distance to the local market, the cleanliness of the spacious room, soft bed with soft pillows, ironing board with iron provided, good amount of hangers on both sides of the tall cabinet, nice 5-star designs and good amount of other provisions. Among all, good customer service provided by the helpful staff. However, I still maintain that their only downside is the shower hot and cold water mix which cannot be regulated easily. It goes from very hot (even if you put to maximum coldness) to very cold (when you put to maximum hotness) and constantly needs adjustment. Perhaps, the management can look into this. Otherwise, it is perfect for me. I would recommend and still like to come back to this hotel.

apartelle is a perfect place to stay, exterior and interior designs are minimalist, rooms are spacious and cozy, everything is clean and they have balconies in rooms as well. 200% plus points added to common area lounge where guests could hang out there for a cup of coffee or tea along with some snacks provided. everything is complimentary and area is spotlessly clean as well. everything is just perfect. would definitely come back here to stay.

Good location but cleanliness can be improved”

Found the bed sheet with a hole and black lines on it, and there’s a sewage smell coming from the basin area which is quite weird. Other than that this place is nice and value for the money, very near to chatuchak weekend market and they provide shuttle services to union mall where you can take the MRT to chatuchak weekend market. Staffs are very friendly and nice.

Lovely relaxing place to spend a few days”

Very polite and helpful staff, even printed out my boarding pass. Location is convenient and if you intend spending a weekend at Chatuchak market, then this is ideal. Hotel has cosy lounge where you can have as much coffee and tea as you wish, together with free snacks, handy when you get peckish. Good size rooms with excellent shower room, powerful jet and hot water running at all times.

The location is good, nearby MRT & BTS, very convenient. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They provided shuttle services, send us to go MRT nearby the Union mall. The room facility was great, the air condition very cool, the balcony also big. My room at level 5, the view is nice. Unfortunately, room cleanliness is not good enough, especially the floor, toilet, and refrigerator (at the top, outside) got a lot of dust. Actually the room is clean, just got a lot of dust. If they can solve this problem, that was perfect. I will recommend this hotel and stay again when I visit Bangkok in the future.

Everything (staff, cleanliness, location, free snacks, etc) is perfect. The only hotel in Bangkok I dare to give 5*. Anyway, I strongly hate the scent of the essential oil they use in the rooms and hallways. It gave me a headache and allergy and I needed to put the fragrance bottle with sticks in the drawer during my stay.

Things I like about this hotel is their second floor lounge. Hotel staff is friendly and despite hard to find initially, it's actually pretty close to both MRT and two major malls. It's about a 15 min walk and 5 min shuttle ride. The room is big enough for an hotel in this price range (slightly over 1100 baht). I will stay here again in the future, especially if I plan to explore outside the city or go to the weekend market in Chatuchak.
