- Location is far from the Saariselka city but you have to go there anyways to check in, check out, and have breakfast. - In case of any emergency, no staff is available and never responds. - The ladder of swimming pool is rusty. - Staff rejected helping me out because I cannot speak Finnish. Take it into account, if you don't speak Finnish.
