"Ok overall is great The bad things are complicated check in system, the staff is not so friendly. Lack of hospitality compare to Bali. And the WiFi is not working. The best things are The room is spacious, clean and nice. Very strategic area close to everywhere, easy to buy everything, good for kids. The pool is nice and foods are excellent 👍😊👍. Do I wanna come back.. yes absolutely.. Recommended 👍👍👍 Improve your service 👍👍"

"A complete and perfect serviced residence. Everything was complete including washing machine and the kitchen. Very near to the bukit bintang city. Location reachable by foodpanda/grabfood. Internet is fast. Cons: parking is expensive. Need to spend RM 20 for the season parking from the owner. "

"I stayed 2 nights in a one-bedroom apartment to celebrate my 1st wedding anniversary, and I must say everything exceeded my expectation. It was worth every penny because this place is amazingly well equipped with kitchen appliances, washing machine, fridge, a nice dining table and a cozy living room section where you can watch TV all night long. The lovely interior makes you feel right at home and the cleanliness just took my worries away while enjoying my stay amid pandemic. The check-in & check-out process was a breeze and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a wide array of dining options nearby from Mamak restaurant, coffee shops to Western cuisines and also 24 hours convenient store where you can buy some of your essential items. Places of attractions like Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Time Square are easily walkable. Needless to say, this place is a hidden gem in the heart of KL city. Would come back soon!"

"Totally the room sangat okay sangat best dengan KL view + bersih bilik besar. WiFi laju + Netflix. The toilet was cool tapi cuma provide shampoo sahaja. But overall bilik like studio and sangat okay love it. The facility hm so so lah sebab pool tak boleh guna pkp kan, and ada tempat lepak the gardens were so nice gila with KL view tapi berbau sikit mcm bau kepam please take note! And parking kena bayar RM5/once in! Untuk guest yang check in also kena bayar parking RM5!! "

"i wfh since march as currently we are under cmco n cannot travel interstate, so short gateway like this is needed. this apartment has everything: heater for shower, full aircond, kitchen sink but no stove, microwave, kettle, timedotcom modem n router, normal tv, easy access to berjaya times square mall to buy food... the only issue is the toilet floor will flooded with water but u can request house keeping to clean it.. make sure request frm the person that u deal during booking time.. overall i had good experience stay in this apartment.. btw i stayed at lvl 25.. ahmed was good n polite.."

"Never heard of this place before but my what a pleasant surprise for me and my family! Chose this place based on tripadvisor ranking and the place really justifies its ranking. Booked through agoda. A breeze. Drove there using Waze. Never been to this part of Kuala Lumpur even though I'm a born and bred KLian. Nice secluded place up in Bukit Ceylon (Ceylon Hill). Checked in - also a breeze. No major traffic in front of the building unlike some other 5-star hotels. Family waited in car at the hotel's porch while I checked in. Was upgraded to 3 bedroom apartment due to non-availability of a non-smoking 2 bedroom ones. What a pleasant surprise! Large spacious comfy rooms with all the necessary gadgetries properly placed. 4 TVs (one in each room plus living room) with dedicated surround sound for the one in the living room. Family said its like a dream house for them. My only regret was that I did not book for longer stay. Would definitely come back here!"

"The hotel is located in very great location as it is easy access to all shopping area in Bukit bintang and for food hunter as well. We are very thankful for the hotel front counter staffs as the they upgrade us to the two bedroom apartment instead of normal superior room as the room not yet clean up for us. "

"Suites in Banyan Residence was privately owned by property manager - PH Suites, so the check in was not as normally we would in a hotel. The staffs are friendly though, but make sure you ask them to explain how everything in the room works before they leave. We have to upgrade the network for TV to be able to watch Youtube etc (because it is a smart TV, which should be a plus point but meh). The pool was close and only open for 3 hours, oddly 1-3pm. so that was a big disappointment because the website didnt say so. The dedicated walkaway to Pavilion was great and so convenient. They dont have room service or breakfast so you may have to go to Pavi a lot. The bath tub is amazing, love the size and design. The room was very modern and we love the ID. "
