Apartments in Kamppi

"location is excellent and good value for money. if they had a staff onsite that would make the guest experience lot better. there is no staff to assist you with check in and check-out. you need to collect a letter and key with information from one location and the hotel is few meters away. CityKoti has rented few apartments from a standard apartment block. typically most rooms are on the top most floor. there's a 1950s type elevator to get in there. opening the door to your apartment is nightmare, I had issues opening the door many times. the phone number CityKoti provided is fake, I contacted them through email and through agoda staff. room wifi wasn't working. when I informed CityKoti they have entered my room without informing me; left a not that they entered. therefor don't leave any valuables in the room when you leave. shower is not covered or no level difference, therefore whole toilet floods with water. need to bring the trash bag to the bins located outside. "

"The location was surprisingly close to the Kamppi Shopping area and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby to meet the needs of the self-catering travellers. And there are many restaurants within 200 metres of the apartments for those who prefer to eat out. The apartments are highly accessible from the Kamppi metro and there are several tram and bus stops around the area. The only downside we feel is that there is no adequate ventilation in the room and we had to open the windows to let the fresh breezes in. Otherwise this is the perfect one for us."
