"pros: big room, everything works, beds super comfortable in thewet room 2nd floor, has a small kitchenette with microwave Cons: stairs, feels a little isolated from attractions, no real staff presence (that could be a pro), no view on second floor, no safe, no security presence. It was a good room and good price. Its not a mistake for sure"

"I had a really nice time here. Room is super clean and on the second floor, you can get water, bananas or some other drinks and coffee whenever you want for free! I stayed in a single room, which was quite large for one person to use and bathroom was very clean. Staffs here were really nice and helpful! It is a perfect place to go around khaosan road. I highly recommend this place. 한국분들 여기 진짜 좋아요 깨끗하고 룸컨디션 호텔 버금가요! 특히 혼자 묵으시는 분들 위치도 괜찮아서 추천합니당 공짜로 시원한 물 얼음 물 매일 마실 수 있어요!"

"Tim Mansion is in a great location. Close to most things with plenty to do even on the street it’s on. Next door to the world famous Jay Fai restaurant which is booked out 1-2 months in advance at the moment. You are also a short distance from Thipsamai, plenty of other great food options and a 7/11. 15 minute walk to Khaosan which is great for backpackers and also not far from Sukhumvit Road which was more my flavour. Even though Jay Fai was completely booked out both nights I was there, on the last night they managed to get me a Crab Omelette and served it up for me in the lobby. Made my whole trip and it was truly an experience I’ll never forget. Staff spoke English enough to be able to communicate my needs and were all very friendly to me, a nervous traveller in Asia/Bangkok for the first time. Thanks for the great experience guys! Would happily recommend to anyone going to BKK for the first time. "

"Great hotel for families with young kids. We booked a quadruple room (2 king beds). Facilities: clean, large room, basic amenities (shower gel, shampoo, shower cap) Staff: very helpful and polite Breakfast: simple with a few breakfast items and thai items ( same every day) The hotel is 10 minutes walk from khaosan road and 30 minutes walk from Grand Palace. Suggest buying a tourist boat hop on/off day pass for 200 baht per adult(there is a port by khaosan road) to hit the major tourist sites as each port drops you off at a major tourist attraction. Overall , great clean hotel for our stay. "
