Apartments in Kirlampudi Layout

"Pros: 1. Located along Waltair Main Road. Many shops just a few steps away. 2. There's an elevator 3. Room is spacious 4. Private bathroom 5. Housekeeper Chard was super helpful and nice. He even gave us food and filtered water when we arrived because all food places were already closed. :) 6. Staff were smiley and friendly Cons: 1. Room we originally booked was occupied when we arrived so they relocated us and made us move again early in the morning. 2. Wasn't able to sleep coz of the super loud banging of doors, loud voices and their staff kept knocking at our door. :( Hope there was a do not disturb sign. 3. Room was not that clean and sheets/pillowcases has stains and smelled bad so I had to remove and use my own. 4. Bathroom has no hot water. Had to ask the other room to turn switch on so we could have hot water. "

"This building have 2 apartments on every floor with lift. Each apartment have 3 rooms, 1 Comfort (Biggest) and then 2 other standard rooms, all with own private bathroom, AC, door lock and room bell etc. The living room is common area for all the rooms with dining table and a balcony which is spacious. Drinking water is provided during the stay. I booked a comfort room assuming it's a studio, unaware of the fact that i will have to share the apartment with strangers in other rooms. I just got lucky as my friends had booked 2 standard rooms and requested to share the same apartment with me, which was a big relief otherwise i would definitely not stay here alone. We stayed here to be near Rushikonda beach for a wedding. There is no breakfast here. You can pay for tea or coffee and the staff would help. You can also ask them to buy food for you from nearby restaurants. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. All in all, the place is cheap and worth, if this is your budget!"
