Great place for the money!”

The manager came out to help us carry our one suitcase into our room. He was very polite and courteous, spoke passable English. The room was very clean and well laid out the only drawback was the ill positioned toilet bowl but everything else re our room was great! It couldn't have been more than 20 or 30 paces to the beach which was also exceptional clean, white sand, no rocks and very gradual incline too. Service staff and food was also nice all things considered. They were all very accommodating, patient and friendly. We have already decided to stay with them if we go back to Koh Chang! 5-Stars and well earned and deserved!

What can I say absolutely fantastic stay ,staff were brilliant and very friendly, manager was a great guy very helpful and friendly arranged everything we needed. The hotel was very nice and clean ,the restaurant had very nice food at reasonable prices.the view from breakfast is wonderful with the hotel situated right on the beach.Made my first stay in koh Chang one to remember thanks Apple beach front resort.😊👍

I truly recommend Apple. Location litteraly right on White Sand Beach. A restaurant with good pricing and nice food; both thai and western. The staff was very helpful and friendly. For the price Apple is the best accomodation on WSB!

We had a very nice holiday. The small but very fine hotel area we found to be first class. The beach location on White Sand Beach was first class. No stones in this section, clean water and many restaurants and bars. The breakfast is expandable, but was ok. Best regards Matthias and Thanaporn

Saving grace for the Apple is it’s location. Great to be on the beach. Rooms ok, but dated. Overpriced for Thailand but seems like that’s how it is on Koh Chang. White Sands Beach is very busy and crowded, but lots of families and lovely safe beach.

Idea location within white sands , friendly staff and surprisingly for white sands a reasonable priced menu, certainly not 3/4 stars but competitively priced for white sands , will consider for future stays

Beautiful tropical pal tree atmosphere around central pool, great sunsets”

Family run and friendly. Perfect location in middle of White Sand Beach with bar/restairant right on the beach for daily red sunset cocktails and chilled beer. Nightly seafood BBQ with tables on the sand are a special treat. The central pool is great to freshen off after a dip in the warm ocean waters out the front. I love the tropical atmosphere of all the tall palms in the central courtyard of the pool. Very cosy little resort that ticks all the boxes for me. Stayed extra time here.

Great location and great beach ”

This is the place to be on white sand beach. Good location and great staff. I recommend beach sea view apartment. It was cca 2500 on agoda and on spot 3000-4000 bhat. I recommend Agoda.

Perfect Location”

I stayed here for 3 nights. There is an evening stall food market on the street out front, great value and food! There is also a tour booth/mini van pick up on the front street which is convenient if this is your means of travel. The beach and pool are fantastic! The hotel provides loungers but no beach towel or umbrellas. The food was good though I only ate at the restaurant a couple of times (breakfast/lunch). The hotel also offered a range of TV channels which was nice when it rained. The bed was super comfortable! I would say it is less than a 4 star as the bathroom ceiling/walls started to leak during the 2nd night of heavy rain and no cleaners came to tidy up the room (there is a sign posted saying they need to be requested to change linen/towels but no one came to do a quick sweep or to refill the tissue/empty the waste bin), and my friend had to make a few requests to get basic room repairs done. It is off the main street and can be hard to spot. It is down the road across from Cookies Massage 2, which is located on the main road. There are also monkey visitors on the opposite side of the main street here, which is fun to see but prudent to keep a bit of distance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay; the location and pool/beach combination are the main draws.

Exceptional”

This resort is a little old but location, staff, food, friendliness makes up for it. It is both on the beach and close to the main street for shopping and the night food markets. You can hire a motor bike from them and they are also happy to help organise tours. Their English was very good. The rooms are cleaned daily. We had a great seven days their.

Great location, not at its best during low season”

Beautiful resort right on the beach. We spent two nights here on September, which is full-on low season - and you could tell. We were the only customers during our stay and the restaurant was closed. Luckily there are plenty of other restaurant options on White Sand Beach, so that wasn't a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had broken a toe just before our trip, and had to walk with sticks. As we arrived and the owner noticed this, he offered us better room with a discount, since the room we had recerved was on 2nd floor. Cleanliness was okey, nothing to complain but nothing suprsingly delightful either. We didn't ask for room service since our stay was very short. During low season I would recommend this resort only for those who truly appreciate privacy and don't mind getting services like breakfast from the neighbourhood. However, I believe this resort would be a lovely choice from November to the middle of spring.

Right on the beach but poor facilities”

The only good thing is that the hotel located on the White Sand Beach (vary good location) and the restaurant here is cheaper than any other shops around. They can clean up your room and change the bedsheet every day. But please also consider these following .. the pool is very small, strong smell of Chlorine and seem not so clean. The shower in the room runs incledible weak that you might dont want to shompoo. And the shower door is not able to be fully close. The last night we have found a lot of ants on our extra bed on the floor, had no idea where are they from. The night before we found a baby cockroach on the wall. The reception staff often being away from the room with no clue and you just need to wait there (i once wait for 10 minutes and nobody came back). The breakfast might not include in the room rate, please check when you book. The bartender guy was quite flirty which kind of annoying and unsafe. I would recommend to book other place close by instead if it is available

I stayed in the studio which reads no window, it has deck doors with a patio. it shouldn't matter great light in room, AC, comfy bed and hot water. the room is large for price and again great locaton. they grill every night on the beach and the food is amazing..highly recommended.

Great stay”

Hotel was nice being on the beach the staff were amazing friendly and very helpful. Happy the manager was great & helped with anything we asked. We had a standard room and it was ok but backed onto the open ground behind which was home to about 30 cockerels this was not so great. Also the room seemed a little damp. Would advise staying in 1 of the front rooms. Apart from that a nice stay.

Nice little Guesthouse in very busy strip of beach”

The Guesthouse was well looked after, the staff were helpful and the water on the beach was lovely and clear. It’s on the busiest strip of Koh Chang, so the beach was wall-to-wall sunloungers. There’s a good night food market on the street outside and the beach front restaurant in the hotel itself is cheap and reasonable. Not a great place if you have a car though as it’s down a narrow lane with very limited parking.

Super location and good spot for food and drink, could be better though”

The location was major positive right on the beach. The food and drink at the bar was excellent and very good prices. The pool was a bit small and could have done with a clean - as could the entire resort. The room was cheap and cheerful and they could really do with new cleaner towels and basic things like clean mats! The poolside massage women were superb... one of the best massages I've ever had and with a great view. One minor annoyance was the staff constantly messing around with the music and changing song half way through! Decent enough hotel though

Good value for money”

Great value for money. Paid 1000bht a night (without abf) and got a clean and modern room with a nice balcony near the beach. There's a swimming pool in the garden and a cozy restaurant on the beach. Great place to chill and watch the sunset. Perfect location, right on the beach in the city centre. It's a guest house and you get what you pay for! Do not expect a 5 star facilities and service. I will recommend this and would return back anytime during my travels.

Nice Resort”

A nice resort close to the beach, not far from the main road. The room that we stayed was well soundproof, the bed was comfy but unfortunately, the bathroom was incredible small, bad design. They set the toilet in front of the sink next to the door, we hardly walked through it to the shower and it was difficult to stand while using the sink.

Friendly staff in a great location”

If you like being mere seconds away from a beautiful beach then look no further. It gets even more magical as the sun begins to set. The staff are super friendly and the kitchen has a great selection of dishes or there are a bunch of restaurants and street food vendors a short walk away. For the price this is a steal.
