First of all, they welcomed us wif cool welcome drink and they already now my name (the receptionist had a six sense i think) very2 nice and funny staff..love them, no deposit when check in, really fast check in i ever know, when come inside the suite duplex family my childs said WOW how can the hotel had a stairs to the main room? Really really best comfy i ever stayed, the bath room, the bath rope, the clean of the room, the amenities etc ITS PERFECT!!! ✔Near to central plaza and BIG C supermarket, my child wont go out from hotel whole nite, so we order SUPERVISTA meals SUPERB!!✔ dessert,main course and drink only B180 . 2 day 1 nite the great experience in chiangrai we visit Blue &white amazing temple,Giant KuanYin ,clock tower and long neck karen village we meet young 4 years ladyname Bosha how adorable..thanks Chiangrai and Grand Vista ,we will come back again someday...🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾kap khun kha ...(sorry for mistake spelling)

Honesty beyond compare!!!”
After staying in the hotel for three days, we failed to empty the room safe when we left and realized that we left our money inside only when we were already at Chiang Rai airport on the next leg of our tour. Unable to speak the language we made frantic calls to a friend in Bangkok ands requested her to make inquiries on our behalf unsure of whether or not we will still get our money back. To much of our surprise, we got everything back!!! The money will be sent by bank transfer to our friend in Bangkok. All of the complicated arrangements were taken care of by Ms Kamontip, a gracious lady at the Front Desk. Thank you very much Ms Kamontip!!!! The hotel itself is centrally located, Very clean! The room service food had generous servings and was very delicious!!! The staff are all cheerful, very solicitous and polite. We are definitely recommending the hotel to all who will visit Chiang Rai. You will surely be well taken care of. In more ways than one.

Great value for the money! Perfect stay here- Great location near Robinson, Big C shopping and strategic location to get to anywhere you need to drive to. The staff at this hotel are outstanding! Helpful and efficient, truly professional. They went out of their way to help us with tickets to the opening premier of the the White temple illumination show which was truly moving. The staff even assisted us in the local auto repair garage within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all amenities. Breakfast buffet included which was very good. I can not emphasize how nice this place is to stay! Great Value-- SJF

I am a very frequent guest, sometimes 3 trips in 8 days. Each time is a pleasure! I love the pool, the comfortable befs, pillows, and showers. The managers ate awesome, and the desk staff, kitchen/cooks staff, housekeeping staff, Spa staff, and the bellboy/security staff are always so eager to help and make my stay the very best! My partner and I 100% recommend this hotel. We booked a pool access room and it was excellent. The staff are all very friendly and the hotel is located right near main shopping centres. The breakfast included with the room rate is very good too with a big selection. We would advise to be careful when entering the pool though as the steps into it are tiled and extremely slippery, I almost had a bad accident as i slipped and fell into the pool but step in slowly and you will be fine. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for several days and I was impress with how they manage to keep the breakfast buffet rotation fresh everyday. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was great except a few item that could do with a little bit of renovation/more maintenance

Staff service very good. The room is big and clean. Clean bathtub too. Massage centre in the hotel is good with reasonable price. Big C shopping just next door. Central plaza just cross the road.

Excellent Hotel next door to Big C Centre and across the road from Central Plaza. Rooms are spacious and clean, wifi is very good. Would recommend to anyone visiting CR and will stay here again next visit to CR

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I visit Chiang Rai again. The staff, the room, the breakfast. Everything. Central Plaza and Big C right across or down the road. Downtown is quite a walk away, but they have a free shuttle that takes you there and to other places too. Loved it. 6 out of 5 stars. Kob Khun Ka!

I love the pool, the breakfast, and the helpful staff. I would like to see them put PEANUT BUTTER out for the breakfast buffet. I would like for them to serve the Thai dish, chicken & cashew nuts every morning!

We booked one night here very last minute as we didn’t want to take a 3 hour drive back to Chiang mai at night. We were pleasantly surprised by what we had booked at such a great price! Clean, light and airy room, courteous staff, luxe hotel.

The hotel is near to many tourists attractions and restaurants. The hotel offer breakfast but not many selections! The have a jacuzzi room but the design for entering the jacuzzi is not easy......the stuff is nice and overall is good!

Though not located in the night market area, but the hotel provides free shuttle service in the morning and night to the market area. Alternatively you can just use Grab service at an average fare of 70-80 Baht. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff at the front desk, Vista cafe and the room service are very friendly. The only setback is non of the TV channels are in English or Chinese.
