What A Gem!”
It is the best resort that I have ever stayed at. Nothing that I can complaint about. The hotel ground and room are gorgeous. We reserved the 2 queen bed room and it was so spacious, I even felt lost at first haha. The staff from check in, to restaurant, to check out are flawless, friendly, and professional. I can't remember but Kate/Katie checked us in and she was the best to work with, always with a smile. I really appreciate how the bus driver made sure people with reservation for night market bus get the priority and don't let other people cut in line. They also gave my mom a birthday cake to celebrate her birthday and surprised her. That was a very nice gesture! Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Excellent as usual”
This was my second stay at this excellent services with all friendly, helpful, considerate, and service mind staffs...Only little improvement is to check drinking glass in the cabinet to make sure that is clean with no lipstick mark on it. However, it’s my perfect vacation with all helpful staffs...good job for every single employee!! Keep and maintain all excellent services....I will come back again and highly recommend!

Worth the 5 stars!”
We don’t normally stay in chain hotels like his because we like to feel more connected with the community we are staying with, however Le Meridian was recommended so I thought let’s give it a go! This hotel is worth every star - from check in, to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the design of the grounds and rooms (in Lanna style), the food at the restaurant and breakfast, the room — everything was amazing and we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this accommodation longer. Thank you team for making our Lanna experience memorable - we loved it!

Beautiful property in a great location”
It was a little bit difficult to find a hotel we would like to stay at in Chiang Rai with a relatively good price. This property however fulfilled out criteria. It’s beautiful, surrounded with greenery and water. It’s a few minutes walk away to the riverside where all the food is located. The staff was friendly and helpful. She suggested the nice restaurants around the area during the check-in. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Amazing stay”
This is an incredibly classy and upscale Lanna (northern) style hotel with huge rooms, a nice pool, gardens, ambiance, and dining experiences. It is along the river and the views are tranquil, along with hotel that is peaceful and beautiful. I had a few special requests that Nuttiyaphorn Jindawong (Kwanjai) accommodated for me with a fantastic job in customer service and quick replies. Thank you very much! No complaints and definitely a must visit for Chiang Rai.

WORLD CLASS SERVICE!”
We stayed here for 4 nights. I have to stay the service of the staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfast staff were super friendly and so attentive. The reception staff looked after us with whatever request we had. World class customer service and outstanding care of guests. The room was nice and big, super comfy bed, huge bathroom with bath tub. And beautiful balcony. I highly recommend it!

Great hotel along Kok River”
The hotel is not far from Chiang Rai downtown and the airport. We got a room upgrade to grand deluxe river view with turn out to be partially pool view. Room is large and comfortable. Breakfast is not that wow but ok.

The room was good and comfy, very clean. The hotel locate next to the river, great view. Service was great, friendly staff always willing to help. Will be back for sure!

Best choice you can get in Chiang Rai”
Choose the medium rate room (not the cheapest). And get the room nearest swimming pool which have direct access from the room to swimming pool. The breakfast is worth to take. Staff is very helpful. The hotel have a very big garden. Comfort 200 cm bed and nice pillow.

Top Notch relaxing destination to get out of the hustle-bustle in Chiang Mai”
The executive chef William went above and beyond the Call of Duty. You noticed our four-year-old son was lll and packed up some petifores Karma truffles, and chocolate cookie snacks 4 Govinda to take with him. In addition, because of a late arrival to the restaurant we were unable to finish our meal, William inquired about our checkout and insured a completely new fresh prepared meal would be ready for us to take back to Chiang Mai with us. His hospitality and professionalism was extremely evident. David the front office manager was always on the spot at the right time, interacting with tables, interacting with all guests, and insured that everybody was enjoying their visit. There were three people in the restaurant that stood out to me, Bee,Dee, and Sai. They always looked after us, arranging for more appropriate tables while dining with a four year old, and constantly were checking in with us to ensure our satisfaction. The property was visually stimulating and very well maintained.

Fantastic staff, lovely room and gardens! Always comfortable and welcoming. Great breakfast and Italian restaurant, infact the best Italian food I’ve eaten outside of Italy!! Highly recommend a stay.

This 5 stars hotel is well-known of the quality so there's nothing to criticize. All are good except parking lot and the walk way. I spend almost 10 minute to walk from my room to the reception lol.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature”
I just returned from a short stay at the Meridian Chiang Rai and it was a FANTASTIC experience. The manager greeted us right away and he was extremely friendly. The room was very nice, large rooms with comfortable beds and the balcony was great, with a sofa. Overall this was my favorite hotel through out the trip, the relaxed farming landscapes around the hotel makes it a perfect resort to go to when you want to relax.

Best hotel in Chiang Rai”
I went to this place on the new year eve. The staffs were very nice and kind. Many facilities were provided to the customers such as gym or swimming pool. The breakfast were various. They will have different breakfast everyday. Therefore, you will not feel bored.

THE BEST! The room size is OMG! Staffs are treating us like a royal family. The pillow is like sleeping on the cloud. Would be better if they could sell me one of their pillow!

Helpful and friendly reception staff, big room with balcony facing the pool, good breakfast with lots of varieties, nice pool (has kids pool and offers complimentary snacks), good spa and Italian restaurant, and the rates is sooooo cheap for everything compared with what we paid in Chiang Mai, highly recommended!

Everything is good as 5 stars hotel. The beyond of our expectation are giant trees atmosphere alongside Kok River, very close to the nature what make you feel relax and recharge your life energy.

Beautiful and Serene”
The hotel is in a beautiful and serene location in Chiang Rai along the Mekok River. The grounds and landscaping are outstanding. The rooms are spacious and all overlook some wonderful part of nature. We ate at all the restaurants and the service and food were excellent. And the staff are congenial and work to make your stay eventful. We booked a couple of tours and the tour guide was perfect. She spoke very good English and was quite a historian.
