The best but cheapest place we stayed in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai trip”
The room and all facilities is new and clean. Good location. Easy to go anywhere in Chiang Rai Good price with breakfast including. The coffee shop also very cute.

Nice Owner, Nice spot”
Totally recommend the place. K, the owner is such a nice and caring owner. He looks after all our needs and made sure we had all the things we wanted. He kindly deal with the kids as they were all OP fans. The place is clean and huge. We enjoy our time there. Walking distance to the night market and surrounded by many shops and stalls. There is a massage just within the premises. Thank you K for everything.

Great spot”
Great location and clean place. Few minutes walks from the night market and with good coffee and eating place. the breakfast were good and copious. Nice massage palor on site and some good stall. After 4 and for 2 hours it is afterschool time so there are many students. Nice spot all around. Very spacious family room with good aircon. Dear K, We loved our time with you. The kids adore your One Piece collection and I enjoy your place. You are such a caring and thoughtful host. Thank you for all the help.

Super location and great staff”
We really felt like home in this hotel. The staff/owner was extremely friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. They have a proper Italian coffee machine and included the most delicious cafe latte for breakfast. Actually the best coffee we had in Chiang Rai. Also the location is just next to the Saturday market on a side street. All in all full pot for the price paid !

this place is family running business, so the owner is super helpful and kind. Location is great, 10 mins walk to clock tower, Emerald Temple and the Saturday night market is in front of the guesthouse.

Best Location for Saturday Walking Street”
The best choice if u stay on Saturdays, as Saturday walking street is just infront of this guesthouse. Breakfast set included in room rate, their authentic Pad Thai, Fried Rice and American Breakfast were great! Husband loves the Pad Thai so much. Best part is free coffee for breakfast too. Interior cafe and its garden are perfect for those who love taking pictures. Strong powerful air conditioner for Room Standard Upstair with Balcony. Best experience ever.

Super endroit, très propre, belle chambre avec balcon, accès à un grand salon pour les chambres du haut. Staff très gentils et souriants , super petit déjeuners avec cappuccino et chocolat chaud de qualité pour les enfants. Vraiment bien, je recommande !

年末年始にかけて宿泊しました。 スタンダード（バルコニー付き・上層階)で予約するも、今回だけなのかいつもなのかは不明ですが、クイーン１ シングル２のファミリールームに通され、カフェ上の2階 貸し切りでした。 部屋から外へ通じるドアもあります。

อยู่ใจกลางเมือง เชียงราย ใกล้ตลาดสดตอนเช้า ตอนกลางคืน เป็นถนนคนเดิน สะดวก ทั้งร้านค้าของกิน ร้านสะดวกซื้อ เดินแปปเดียวถึง ขับรถไปเที่ยวที่ต่างๆ แล้วกลับเข้าที่พัก ถ้าชอบแบบนี้ แนะนำที่นี่เลยคุ้มค่า

จองห้องพักชั้นบน เข้าใจว่ามีห้องน้ำในตัว แต่จริงๆแล้วเป็นห้องน้ำรวมและห้องน้ำมีเพียงห้องเดียว และผู้เข้าพักอีกห้องเป็นชาย เมาสุรา รุ้สึกไม่ปลอดภัย ไม่เป็นส่วนตัว แต่ที่ตั้งดีค่ะ ติดสวนตุง
