Easy to travel around”
The staff are good and clear with instructions. They provide parking spaces at the back of the hotel so no need to worry about paying parking or fine. The room are clean, comfort and all functioning well. Our room have balcony which we rarely used. The TV got Netflix so we mostly watch after getting back from our daytrip. Pasar Payang, Drawbridge, Turtle Alley, Istana Maziah, Jetty, KT Waterfront, Dataran Shahbandar are like less than 10 mins away. Recommended the foodtruck at Drawbridge. The food and the vibe are 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Guardian, Watsons and bank are nearby, can walk around the hotel. so nearby. Muzium Negeri, Masjid Kristal, Keropok Lekor Losong are like 20mins away and worth it. Suggested to go to Drawbridge at daylight. At night, not so pretty cause the lights are not that bright. A lot of beautiful mural around the city even on the streets. Overall, my stay here are awesome and appreciate all the help from the staff.

The hotel is in mid town. With parking lot behind the hotel, but kind of full as they share space with the other hotel near it. Nice staffs and beautiful & clean room! But when we entered the bathroom, the floor was fairly dirty. I got a b it turned off. I told a staff about it nicely and lucky there was still a cleaning staff on site (until 10pm). I asked if he could clean, and he said ok and followed promptly. All we have to do was to ask nicely and everyone will be happy. We're a family of 7, parents (2) + 1 late teen +1 tween + 2 children + 1 baby, fits the 2 queen + 1 single bed. Thanks :)

You guys should try this hotel because it is comfortable, clean & the facilities are also good, there are also the shampoo & shower gel prepared by the hotel so you dont have to bring too much shower things, the wifi is good too & I love it ! ❤️ and it is also located in the middle of town, you can also see the nearby bank, 7e & many more & also the parking lot is also safe !

The room (superior twin) is neat and clean and big enough for 2 persons. The facilities like the hair dryer is provided as I've been to a other hotel (superior twin room) that didn't provide one. The Staff are friendly. The big plus is the free car park. As you can just park there without the need to search for a public car park. The hotel is also located next to a bank, So that is easy for you to withdraw money in case you need some

Stayed at this hotel for the first time and had a very pleasant stay. The location is very strategic, being only 5 mins from Chinatown/Pasar Payang and the hotel is surrounded by banks, pharmacies and eateries placed within short walking distance. Guests are offered free parking at the back of the hotel. Upon arrival, the front office staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is small but clean and inviting. I like how the staff followed the new SOP and provided seats outside of the hotel, in case there are too many guests at one time. It was peak season when we went, but we were lucky there were only a couple of other guests during the check-in process. We did not have to wait too long. There was a rude lady who kept snapping at the staff for being asked to wait a little while as the room was being prepared for them, but the staff remained calm and pleasant and tried to do their best for her. Kudos to them! :) We got the Superior Family Room at the promotional price. It was absolutely value for money. We were thrilled at how spacious the room was. There was a double bed and a single bed for the three of us, and there was probably enough room for another extra bed (not that we needed it). The room came with a little garden balcony

✌🏻Hello. Overall perfect, super comfort and clean at all. For me, i love with our managment n hotel system, easy to acces like to find room n other fasilities. Im sure repeat and recommend to my family n friend to stay here also. May need to be improved in tv accestability, for sure im enjoy with package netflix n other apps, but i think internet not support very well, get a stuck when playing the movie. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/10

A new hotel with very excellent service, friendly staff and manager & superbly clean”
We were first told that our deposit will be forfeited due to a small stain of pen on the bedsheet. After further negotiations with the manager Mr. Richard, who pleasantly attend to us, our deposit are refunded. We were very happy with the friendly staff and overall stay is excellent. However the clog/ drainage issue in shower can be improved.

A very comfy and modern hotel in town. Good compliance on SOP during movement control order (MCO). The room is nicely designed and very comfortable. Spacious room and bathroom. Good wifi connection. Everything is nice. Nice restaurant next door. Lots of bank and shop nearby. The only things that i think it's not so well are small lift and small lobby.

1- saya ada request room with window, tp management tak dpt fulfill sbb fullhouse. then saya request utk tukar bilik the next day. 2-the very next day masa bangsan kat luar, staff call utk tukar bilik, i said im outside so depa kata its ok depa akan tlg pindah kan. bagusnya staff2 kat sini. they put my things and arrange properly!!!! thumbs up. 3-Hotel yg sgt comfortable, convinient. I booked this hotel for 1 night stay before going to Redang Island the next morning. There were 4 of us and we booked family room which fits up to 5 adults. Very strategic location, near to many attractions around city of Kuala Terengganu. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Netflix available ! I really recommend this hotel 👍🏻

If you're looking for a budget hotel with excellent location, spacious room and bathroom, and clean, this is the place. There's an open space parking behind the hotel too. Only a very short walk. Room is big, bathroom is big! Complete amenities etc. Will only stay here if i come to k.terengganu again! Definitely worth the money and more! There's even netflix!

Good facilities hence modern style looking.. great location despite limited parking (first come first serve basis). Otherwise have to park around the hotel (have to pay fees MPKT). The room was very spacious, very clean and minimalist design. The staff wasvery helpful (especially room attendant). Definitely worth every penny and will come back in the future.

Pros: 1. Located In town and easy access to a lot of attraction places in Kuala Terengganu 2. New hotel with reasonable price. Promotion in Agoda RM69 and with tax only RM89 per night. 3. Love the Netflix and excellent wifi 4. Staff helpful Cons: 1. No breakfast but this is okay because a lot of outside food/viral food in KT you must to try it especially Nasi Dagang Atas Tol, Fairuz Nasi Kerabu, Pizza Lizza and etc. Really delicious taste. Love it. Overall I'm so happy and will choose the same hotel for my next vacay in KT.

Close to China Town”
The hotel is located in the CBD area with banks within the vicinity. China town is within walking distance. Quite a new hotel with nice large room. My room had a queen size bed and a single bed with clean bedsheets and all the amenities included such as water bottles, coffee and tea making facilities. I would certainly return to this hotel on my next visit.

everything is okay.. the room is nice, cool and big room. the lift and lobby is nice even lobby quit small, its okay because checkin process took only 2-3 minutes. the toilet is clean, hot water well functioning. parking area quit difficult to reach.. behind the building. but everything is okay. i rate 9/10.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arena Boutique Hotel. We travelled from a 5-star hotel from Kuantan to your hotel. To my surprise, my experience with your hotel is almost on par with that of 5-star one. There's a lot to list down but a few pleasant experiences to highlight are: 1. towels were replaced with new ones on top of a few extras which we found really helpful. 2. request to replace bedsheet were responded immediately. 3. interior concept of the hotel is surprisingly welcoming and tidy for the price. 4. water temp and flow is stable and consistent. 5. love the restaurant beneath the hotel, please collaborate with them for in-house breakfast in bed! 6. smart tv is a big bonus. But a little uneasy experience/opinion I can think of right now are: 1. parking is a bit of a hassle but still manageable and easy to find. 2. reception area can be slightly more spacious, check-in/out is a bit crowded during peak hours. 3. can give the guests an option to request for iron + board instead of providing it in the common area. 4. soundproofing can be slightly better because my parents + sister with a baby stay on the 2nd floor facing the main road. sometimes the baby is awakened at night due to traffic noises. 5. pillows are really stiff and they hurt my neck but i brought own pillows anyway. Albeit all the uneasy experiences above, I would still like to rate 8/10 anyway because it’s a really affordable stay with pleasant experience throughout. I will definitely stay with Arena Boutique Hotel in the future. Thank you and I appreciate your concern on our experience of stay.

The room we stayed in is spacious enough to fit 1 more Queen bed, has both the fan and AC and even a hair dryer. It doesn't have a window, but the small opening at the bathroom (which is also equally spacious!) makes up for it for ventilation. Not long after we check-out, the staff also took the time to personally check in with us to see if we have any feedback or comments for improvement. Very thoughtful of them as very few hotel operators would actually do that so thumbs up! All good, family-approved.
