THE B EST LONG STAY EVER”
The location is so awsome and so convenient the tram is just right upfront! The room itself i had booked a studio its so spacious and what i love is that working desk is facing a window than a wall so since am here for a business trip and its summer so i can work late with a perfect view and sunlight. As for my first night this is related to the staff - ANKITA (she), had assisted me to change my room on the same day i check-in due to weired smell in the room immediately thought its nigth time; without her i wont be able to be convenient as well comfortable during the rest of my stay. If ever I come next summer I want to stay here again :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Outstanding Service and Rooms”
The hotel is ideally arranged for seeing downtown Melbourne. The eateries and city are all inside simple strolling. The room was astounding- roomy, clean and not to specify the bed was greatly comfortable. Being able to walk from your room to all the civilities that Arrow must offer, was exceptionally helpful. The customer service table treats you amazingly and you do not need to worry about security and transport to town. Hotel service is professional, and reliable.

An ideal place for backpacker ”
First of all, I would like to thank all of you for giving us a nice trip when I stay there. The factor that I feel the most satisfied is staff. All of them are really friendly, helpful and sympathetic. They did me a favor that I can stay until 12PM because of my late flight. Especially, I wanna thanks to Indian girl (I’m sorry for forgetting your name), she gave me a detail advices for Dadenong Ranges and Puffing Billy stream train and help me to book a Uber to go to the airport because I missed the SkyBus, and other beautiful girl helped me to book a tour to Phillip island. They are worth visiting if you go to Melbourne. But I would recommend that all of receptionists should be more careful when giving information for guests, I definitely feel disappointed in your answer about shuttle bus, but fortunately, with the help of India girl, I can go to the airport on time. About the facilities and cleanliness : I feel totally satisfied with full facilities inside room. Everything is lovely and perfect as their advertisement. Everyday, housekeeping clean room very carefully (but they will off on Sunday). Thanks for everyone! In particularly, this hotel is located in an ideal place. There is tram station in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient for me to move around Melbourne, and it takes me just 8 minutes to walk to Victoria market and some other interesting places.

Small rooms but good location ”
We got a great deal on this hotel, even tho there was negative comments I thought we would stay acouple of nights. I would recommend it, the staff were nice, good location short walk to the free trams or the public trans directly out the front. The skybus airport stop is only 100mtres away. Small rooms but are clean and have microwave, kitchen sink, fridge, & appliances. I would stay again

Very well priced accommodation within walking distance to the CBD. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room, basic but very comfortable. My apartment was quiet, and tucked away in the corner of the hotel. View not much, but I was out all day so it didn’t bother me in the least. I would stay again, and I found it great value for money.

Great stay and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and understanding. We had to cut our trip short due to the covid-19 situation and the property authorized a refund for the last 2 nights as well. Enjoy staying at the hotel. Everything ok just the room we have been stayed is not what we have been expected . A pit small of the size.. ( studio apartment) My partner not too happy about it. Arrow on Swanson was perfect for our needs. It is close to Queen Victoria Markets and the tram to the city is right at the front. It has a lovely coffee shop downstairs ant the little kitchenette is good for those who want to save money on food. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is so convenient that just 10-15mins walk is needed to get to the city center. Most importantly, the apartment is so big that we can watch the TV in the living room while cooking in the pantry. It feels like home. It is a pity that it is not really near to the pick up point for most tours.

Two of us stayed (myself and older teenager) in a sandard studio with twin bed option.Our room was clean with enough room for 2. Kitchenette and bathroom met our needs and the aircon worked great. Beds were made up beautifully and really comfy. Tv was mounted on the wall In front of the beds. The pool is actually located in an adjoining building. Hotel in general was clean and tidy, The one thing I noticed is the steps leading to the back laneway (smoking and secure parking area) were not clean. Staff are an asset to this place. The location is amazing, within walking distance to the markets , main shopping precinct and plenty of places to eat, A tram stop outside the front door will get you to major transfer stations that will literally take you to almost anywhere in metropolitan Victoria easily and cheaply. The hotel may allow early book in if your room is available otherwise they can store your luggage for free and you're good to head out .... exploring immediately luggage free.
